Not sure how DAZN move forward, fighters are leaving them or being let go in their droves.

It's not the worst argument from DAZN.

Would be hard to argue it they had got BJS or Smith agreed in principle?

Doesn’t sound like in trouble. Sounds like they’re saying “you’re taking the **** out of us, you can fight a top fighter or you can shove your deal up your arse”.
Which is fair enough from a business point of view for them.

And as a fans point of view it’s fantastic. It means more likely to see better fights.

Do we have any idea what interest Dillian Whyte would have generated in the US for subscribers? Minimal I assum2

    This^^^^^^

I hope it's all true, and that we get to see Canelo fight a real fighter at 168.

DAZN will be pretty much out of the boxing game in 2 years time. The burn rate must be ridiculous at the moment.

    Hahahaha.

Dubois is more known in the States than Dillian Whyte.

Eddie Hearn has been a massive failure in the States. Just shows that without the Sky Sports propaganda, he's nothing special.

l do feel sorry for DAZN. Canelo wants $35 million for a fight vs Callum Smith or Billy Joe Saunders?

    Is he deluded?

Alvarez having to take a pay cut, what’s the world coming to?
Before we know it he might even be involved in fights where the deck isn’t stacked in his favour!

Good on DAZN. Canelo getting 35M for a Yildrim fight would be obscene

Even $35 million for a Billy Joe Saunders or Callum Smith fight would be obscene.

Those fights on PPV would only generate around 300-400k PPV buys, $80 x 350,000 = $28 million.

    Could this be their savour?

"Return to boxing" made me laugh. Like me declaring I am going to return to being a top shagger.
