    For the record, I thought Loma deserved at least a draw against Salido in a similar kind of fight. Siri dictated the terms of engagement through the first nine, but faded from the 10th on and allowed Loma to come back on the cards to draw even or even overtake him.

    This ridiculous notion that every single fighter that steps into a ring deserves respect. Er.. no they do not. Glass-jawed fighters deserve zero respect. They don't deserve respect they deserve to be ridiculed unmercifully, whether it be at live events, on social media or wherever, and hounded out of the sport. In fact, I would even extend that to fighters who have below average punch resistance.

    The timeless, never-ending excuse that Tyson was washed up and long since past his prime————- instead of admitting that he started facing better fighters when he started getting beaten (Holyfield, Lewis)

    They say never return low blows, keep it clean BUT in the cotto fight Zab was drained from all the ball shots. In fact the colonel Bob Sheridan proclaimed that tito should throw some ball shots on winky to lower his guard.idk... what would happen if sog got hit in the nuts? That would probably be the answer of what to do once getting hit low (aka dirty fighter) other than that old cliche hit em back harder! So yes, retaliate;

    Most "cannot be saved by the bell" rules mean you'll have to beat the count for the fight to end after 12 3:00. The IBF rules in play even stated that in the round you only have to start rising at the count of 10 in such an occurence. He was up within 8 seconds when touching down (following the clock) and clearly before the actual count (from the referee) even reached that. So, even without the lose 12th round rules in play, he would have beaten the count in almost every instance possible.

    In the old days, there were guys that were KO'd cold seconds before the final bell, and still won because of the bell having sounded before they could be counted out.
    The rule is to prevent that issue nowadays, and not meant to stop fighters on their feet upto 3:10 in the 12th, when there's zero reason to be able to defend themselves.

    That all fighters from old era's wouldn't work in later ones. Or vise versa.

    That Jack Dempsey and Jack Johnson are ATGs.

    That prime Ali would beat Joe Frazier.

    That Marciano beats any Ezzard Charles.

    That CW is a stepping stone division.

    That Floyd is greater than Pacquiao.

    That Canelo is "great'.

    That Lewis would always have beaten Bowe, Holyfield and Tyson.

    That Vitali Klitschko is one of the best H2H HWs ever.

    Tua deserved the nod over Ike Ibeabuci, but was completely gifted a draw vs Rahman.

    People that say a fighter is British level at Best, as if it’s a poor level.

    some of those divisions are seriously tough at British level, featherweight is a perfect example.

    It’s a lot harder to get to that level than people think
