He is going the Prince Patel route, insulting and mouthing off, but look, if it works for him and he makes some good money then I suppose it is all good. He has been offered a £100k "winner takes all" fight Vs Brad Pauls, he didn't seem overly keen on it, so I don't know what he actually considers a great offer, but 100k (if he wins) for a man that has had 8 fights, 7 wins 1 draw is rather solid. His record is seriously awful, only had 8 fights, but his 8 opponents had 19 wins and 196 defeats between them all (quick maths). Anyway, good luck to him, he is going to need it.
IMO it's absolutely nailed on that he'll end up fighting Tommy Fury because I think they are both LHWs. Someone will snap that up, maybe even Hearn, and all the Love Island fangirls will be all over it. And fair play to them. If they can make some decent dough from some manufactured beef with Tommy playing the role of the "good guy" then good luck to them.
Tbf it's hard to tell because he's been in with total cans. But in his last fight he didn't demonstrate any skill or composure in the ring. The opponent was so bad that Tommy basically just charged at him (with no decent footwork) and battered him into submission. But from the clips of him in training he clearly has a respectable skillset. I don't think he'll bother trying to carve out a decent career in boxing because he and his Mrs are making easy money doing nothing. But I think he'll have a few more novelty fights. If he does box Virgo I'm picking Virgo on points.
Yep, that's what I've got from the limited viewing of Tommy. It's obvious growing up he didn't train nearly as much as Tyson or Hughie. He has nowhere near the fluidity - you can even tell from that video of him and Tyson messing around the other day that it doesn't come naturally.
Childish scumbag. Not seen him but Ive heard he's crap. However I'd love to see him throw water over Yarde and Tunde
