Fully hydrated, Canelo and Beterbiev weigh around the same; 190lbs or so.

There's also only a small height gap between them. Beterbiev is around 5ft10 barefooted. Canelo around 5ft7.

    It makes sense.

Side note - I also fully believe that Beterbiev is good enough to win a belt at Cruiserweight and also beat some decent HW contenders out there too.

Beterbiev vs Andy Ruiz could be explosive.

Lol, Hatman was a shameless Matchroom nuthugger. He was also a Canelo nuthugger, its funny how he dissapears and avoids posting instant videos when events he feels embarrassed to comment on happen

I just find it funny that Canelo criticized GGG for sacking Sanchez and for lacking loyalty and for not manning up over the second fight defeat and now he himself has turned on the same promoter who made him the star he is today and is now refusing to ride the lows of the pandemic with DAZN. I suspect DAZN suspects the damages they might be liable to pay him will be far less than the huge losses they will make by continuing to pay this guy $35 million per fight for soft opponents.

Personally, I am hoping that DAZN and Alvarez work their **** out while GBP gets the middle finger.

Lol, this makes look Wilder Smart for refusing to sign up with DAZN. No way would they have been able to pay him $120 million, Showtime actually paid him way more than he deserved in comparison

******* ungrateful ginger ******* no one knew who this deformed toad was before his fairy godfather and some say former beau Oscar waved his magic wand and made all his wildest dreams come true and this is how he repays him?! There's no loyalty in this game anymore and the sooner this pampered poster boy for corruption of our sport/Clenbuterol addict who has received more gifts than the baby Jesus is banished for good from it the better.

I wonder if future promoters will be vary of doing business with Canelo given that he has shown he can be disloyal and a back stabber

Am now reading that the max paycut Canelo agreed to is 30% but Dazn wanted a 50% paycut along with the right to decide his opponents. Lol, am still waiting for Floyd to troll this guy. One thing is clear from this episode, Canelo is not exactly the draw that people think he is, if he was, people would be paying big bucks to see him and DAZN would have been able to justify the deal they signed with him.
