    Round 2 Kharitonov wins by TKO

    Sergey walks him into the corner, is going to the body, punchies still in slow motion, Williams actually giving it the good old college try, trying to walk Sergey down, going to the body, Sergey might be gassed already. He's landing clubbing hooks, then Sergey lands a counter, Danny looks wobbly, goes back on his heels, looks like he's going to go down, but doesn't, he rubs his nose a little, the ref waves it. Two Russian stoppages on one card.:lol:

    this was underwhelming, even if everyone knew Williams wouldn't be able to put up much of a fight.
    Looked like Khari had a bet on round 3 or something simular, Haye/Harrison style.

    you had to sit down during your name being announced before the fight. Got wobbled by jabs and sent flying around the ring like Mary poppins.

    Kharitonov let Williams get his legs back there, which was nice of him in a way. But ref waved it off in the second. Rightly, frankly.

    Kharitonov sucks but I think he’ll be a fun side show. I hope Williams got a nice little payday. Wonder where he’ll go next, I guess he’ll be primed to fight Wach next year

    If I had to list the things boxing doesn’t need right now I think I would struggle to come up with that but I don’t think it could be beat

    Kharitonov has been competing in combat sports for 2+ decades. Saying he "sucks" is a bit of a stretch. Just past his prime. If matched right and in better shape I think he could give us a few good fights against some named operators. Would like to see him in with Browne or Price.
