Going off the debates, should easily be for Roy Jones. Most of the points for Durrele are basically punchers chance, not confident in taking a punchers chance over someone as talented as RJJ

Bob Foster held the title from 1968-1974. I am not a fan of flashy type fighters who try to imitate Muhammad Ali in his peak years. How long did Roy Jones Jr reign as Light Heavyweight champion? Bob retired with the belt.

So you're not a Roy Jones fan - yes, I get that. But what has that got to do with anything? Bob never lost his title in the ring - again, has nothing to do with what we're discussing here.

Foster was LH champ for 6 years, 4 months.
Jones was LH champ for 6 years, 9 months.

Obviously anyone with a good chin and decent power beats Jones

But Jones lost his title in the ring, Foster retired with his, Jones losing his title to a second rate fighter like Antonio Tarver, then Glen Johnson, Ha Ha Lol.

So this proves what, in your opinion...

    That Jones had no longevity?
That he was never any good?

Both. Case Closed. You like your flashy fighters, I will like mine. I do not debate, I am not running for President. And I approve this message.

Do you think he stops Durrele or decisions him?

I’m being sarcastic. Just seems people like to favor these types of fighters against him which is ludicrous

As a footnote, the book "The Fighting Fisherman" about Durelle is one of my all time favorite reads. Excellent.

I think he stops him. Jones is too fast here.
