GGG was a fantastic fighter but at 28 was nowhere near as skilled P4P as Loma who is the best P4P fighter in the world not Canelo, Loma threw and landed far more shots in his last two bouts than Canelo did in his last two bouts, Canelo is now a boring counter puncher who`s very effective while using a high guard and waiting for openings.

Hopkins after a 12 rounds, with scores of either 7-5 or 8-4. It wouldn't be an easy fight and would be rather competitive. I think GGG would win several early rounds and then Hopkins would figure GGG out, hug him ans smother a lot of GGG's work and start landing his counters. I think Hopkins would struggle a bit with the body punches.
Murray tried a bit of the hugging against Golovkin and it didn't go well for him. When Golovkin figured out what he was up to he stepped back and started treating him to uppercuts on the way in. It's nothing that Golovkin hasn't seen before.
