    Has Dempsey did in in the scorching sun?
    Rocky Marciano at his best, can you see him smashing Willard to the floor several times in the first round?

    Marci beats up and stops Willard, probably shortening his life. But he wouldn't dish out a beating as quick and brutal as the one Dempsey gave him. It'd take longer and involve attrition punching.

    I think that Marciano would beat Willard, but that it would take a lot longer.

    I've got about 7 rounds for Rocky to stop him. It could be a similar beating as Cockell received!

    It would be interesting,given that Marciano was more measured than the frenetic Dempsey.This might give Jess a chance to get into the fight, use his jab and bring his uppercut into play.He still loses though.

    Completely agree. He wins but he had neither the natural abilities nor the finishing prowess and speed to take out Willard early. My guess is a stoppage in about 10-11. I can't see him stopping Willard faster than he did Cokkel.

    Lol I can’t with the attrition punching thing. Butttt in this case I actually agree with Mcvey. Willard would look like he was in it first few rounds but would actually be dying a slower death in this one instance (Marciano actually finished men quicker then Dempsey I’m average I believe). But in this case Marciano woood prob take a little time working his way in.
