He wanted Cotto because he had the belt, you clown. He wanted all 4 belts, that was his goal.

Every fighter wanted Mayweather for the pay day. Another clown statement.

Bro, just stop, I’m embarrassing you.

Why? You won’t believe it, anyway. Just like this other clown who keeps arguing with me.

Nah, I am a huge Sergio fanboy. And the only time you could say that Sergio ducked Golovkin was when he chose to fight Cotto.
Golovkin was only known to the hardcore fans until he made his HBO debut. Which was the same month Martinez fought Chavez Jr.
Martinez was then going to have a rematch with Chavez Jr. but both took tuneups what went quite badly.
Then after nearly a year out of the ring, Martinez took on Cotto which was seen as an easy fight. You can say Martinez should have fought Golovkin there... after over a year out of the ring due to severe injuries.

In the timespan it took Martinez to fight Chavez Jr. and Cotto, Golovkin fought 6 times. A month after Martinez-Cotto, Golovkin had his 7th bout. This activity seems to cloud peoples memory.

    Exactly

He fought Cotto, the smaller man, got REKT (knee injury didn’t help)

    Cotto then didn’t want GGG

Sturm avoided GGG like the plague

BJS never truly wanted GGG, we all know that

Clenelo at least got in the ring with him, even if he was a roid cheat who got bailed out by the judges TWICE

I'm rooting for the Bull, without getting my hopes up. He's squarely in the 'just pretty good' category, which is the kind that either gets shafted on the cards vs. Munguía (ie Hogan, to a lesser extent Inoue - with the latter really being less a robbery and more the cards being way too wide) or, if they are too bereft of defense (ie Spike), to be ground down and stopped by him.
