I think that his style is similar to Loma. Many of his KO wins happened from the body shot. I'm looking forward to watching the Jr.Welterweight Unification Showdown between him and Josh Taylor soon.
No loma is better and he dose it reverse to most makes them cover up top and sneeks one or two downstairs
At LWW? No, he's not. Josh Taylor is, and he's going to do a number on him. Stylistically, I think Khongsong is a bigger threat to The Tartan Tornado.
Possibly, but it won't be easy. Khongsong is a bad man, he should have ducked this match, and went straight into the Ramirez match.
The best Body Punchers in the sport right now are clear: Inoue, Rungvisai, Lomachenko, Spence, GGG & Beterbeiv. Ramirez isn't even the best in his division. Taylor is better, and for my money, so is Prograis and Ergashev.
I was concerned when I saw him against Fox. But Fox is an absolute pain and quite decent himself. Since then Ergashev has looked a little less wild. Crucially, he's fun. He doesn't get spoken about much so if he gets a surprise shot at a belt within a year he might be good value
Have you guys ever seen the best body-puncher got knocked out by the body punch? I just wonder. Once I saw a Muay Thai fighter, who was very great in using his knees to beat his opponents, getting knocked out by his opponent's knees.
