    Mayweather's the better boxer obviously but but legacy wise Pacquiao haze may weather beat

    Floyd better but pacquiao on resume for me.... Just better names.... Both absolute elite atgs though... Floyd could've done more for me... Retiring multiple times when he could've been taking scalps didn't help

    Barrera has Pacquiao the second GOAT after Ali.

    Morales has Pacquiao as the GOAT.

    JCC Sr. has Pacquiao as the GOAT.

    Paulie has Pacquiao as the GOAT ("if he beats Cotto, he is the greatest of all time").

    Shawn Porter, Ryan Garcia, Abner Mares, Robert Garcia, and Bernard Hopkins all said they'd rather have Pacquiao's career over Floyd's.

    I don't care to rate them on an atg list. They were both great fighters and legends of the sport. The best fighters of their era.
