Interesting idea. Gibbons are clearly #1. Both are top 50 P4P at least. Two & three are clearly Spinks & Marquez, but I'm not sure whether I go for Mike carrying the pair, or Raul making their 'team' better all-round. Leon kinda let's their side down. But then again, Michael is by far the greatest fighter of these four, and arguably the whole thing. Yeah, Spinks over Marquez. I'd say Leon at his best was more talented than Raul, and Mike was outright much better than Juan. They get the nod. Klitschko at four. Sure, the Galaxy's were probably better as fighters but they just didn't achieve enough to be placed over the Klitschko's, and I actually doubt that Khaokar (who I regard as the better brother) was better than Wlad. Both Norris' were better than both Charlo's. #7. Charlo #6. Norris #5. Galaxy #4. Klitschko #3. Marquez #2. Spinks #1. Gibbons
The Zivics ( all 6 of them ) Sullivans = Mike/Jack Attells = Abe/Monte Feeneys = John/George Lopez = Danny/Ernie
Which Klitschko ? Wlad or Vitaly ? And based on what criteria do we have to rank them: resume, h2h, impact on the sport, achievements, etc ?!?
If that's the case, the Klitschkos are no 1 by far for me. Leon and Michael Spinks take second place.
You think the Klitschko's rate above the Marquez's & Gibbons'? I know you don't rate older eras, but surely you can appreciate what they did in their own era, as well as what the Marquez brothers did in the exact same era as the klits. It's also worth noting that Juan was almost always rated above Wlad P4P, and Raul was always rated above Vitali.
About Gibbons, without question, not even a shadow of doubt in my mind. Marquez's were great too, but the Klitschko's reigned supreme at HW, nobody has dominated the division like them. Only Joe Louis can brag for having such longevity as they did.
