Daniel Dubois height

I’m always calling out boxers for their fake heights but Dubois is a strange one to call out. He’s a good 6’4”. Even met the creator of celebheights who pegged him at 6’ 4.25”

The height difference with Joyce is being exaggerated a bit here, but Joyce is just shy of 6’6” himself

 

The first pic posted Dubois is crouching. If you look at a range of pics and video, the height difference is more 1.5-2 inches

 

They are both taller than Dempsey, Louis, Marciano and Ali and they all did ok i think.

 

Dubois is probably 6 foot 3 and a half and Joyce about 6 foot 5 and a half

 

Its better to watch boxer vs other boxers in the ring and keep it at that, The exceptionally talented Tony Yoka beat Dubious and Joyce. The Olympic style favored range. Joyce looked like a Mexican journeyman trying to work his way into Tony Yoka command and control.

You can look up those fights and estimate the height of Joyce and Dubios, Tony Yoka is either much faster than both or has a serious reach advantage on both of Joyce or Dubious. No PEDs to make shorter heavyweights gain inches in reach/height...Cruiser at 222lbs might be an option for them, Tony Yoka, Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder are just too tall and too powerful for both Joyce and Dubious

 

Fury isn`t more powerful than Dubois and isn`t a better finisher than Joyce, I like the combos Joyce throws to the body, I do however feel Fury would beat both of them right now.

 

Dubois is the same height as Lennox lewis, if you go look at the clip of Lewis in the ring holding pads for him you get some perspective. Although lewis was commonly listed as 6ft 5 he was put at 6ft 4 in some earlier fight broadcasts. But I've seen a pic of him with hulk Hogan who was meant to be 6ft 7 but is smaller than lewis, he must be 6ft 3, same as Dwayne Johnson who looked smaller next to lewis and actually looked shorter than david haye in pictures together despite his billing as 6ft 5.

 

Usyk just digested that and knew he'd get payback you can see it in his face.

 

He is a huge man I'll give him that.

 

Fury is really 6'8" or so. He's the same as Wach basically.

 

Joyce mauled Yoka in the Olympic final. He just threw from start to finish and didn't give him a second so I don't know what you're talking about.

 

Yep Joyce should of won that fight, but this is amateur boxing where body punches, combinations, sometimes even jabs don't count. Yoka also should of lost to Hrgovic that was an even worse decision than vs Joyce.

There's a reason why AIBA were stripped of the right to host boxing at the Olympics, the corruption and decisions we saw in Rio was dreadful and two fights of Yoka's were prime examples.

 

Hogan`s height listing was fake because the WWF wanted to make the myth about him being a monster seemed greater, also he`s probably shrunk a bit due to age and back operations.

 

Yup absolute disgrace of a "competition" that was.
