Froch, Calzaghe, Hamed, Hatton, Fury, AJ are just a few of the British boxers that I think rank ahead of Khan. Khan had a great career but I think there are other Brits that were more successful in the ring.

    And the rest lol

Carl Frampton, David Haye, Josh Taylor, Ricky Burns, Jamie Mcdonnell, Scott Harrrison, Clinton Woods, Johnny Nelson, Josh Warrington, Tony Bellew, Ryan Burnett, Billy Joe Saunders, Enzo Maccirinelli, Callum Smith, Nathan Cleverly, Carl Thompson, George Groves, James Degale, Kell Brook, Steve Robinson

Hes not even in the top 25 Brits of the last 20 years!

Thread starter probably knows nothing about british boxing and only follows Khan.

Calzaghe is clearly the best since LL. AJ, Fury, Frampton and Warrington all better resumes.

Barrera, judah, maidana & cotelnik are good wins but the last of them was 8 years ago and ..he hasnt beaten a legit top 10 guy at 147 for 8 years....

Financially and social media wise yes amir is one of the best outside the hw division since lennox but fighter wise i think tyson fury, calzaghe, froch,AJ,frampton and warrington are ahead.

Amir i hear is a very nice guy on a 1 on 1 level his familys nice. But the dumb behaviour the nuevo riche antics and hypocrisy.i realise hes was a young lad with women throwing themselves at him and we all do our thing and his to be fair played out in public..but the kiss n tells, reckless hit and run...

Plus the bandwagon jumping ,role model angling, clear lack of education, the gaslighting and bull**** about the world wanting him vs money or pac....i get it hes doing his job trying to secure the biggest paydays ...but its not honest behaviour.he needs earn right .it does seem he wants it all .

Like i say great lad, great family, spectacular success financially and a v good career and legendary olympian...but some of the bullshitting lately grates.

But a top ten great Brit these last 20 years for sure.

And i never saw a fighter with more heart...a very rare combo of speed, heart outside skills and stamina..

Even now if he got humble and approached a marlon starling,a don curry or mark Breland to train him....spent time seeking out say mike mccallum to work on him a couple of months....amir could develop the ring IQ to prolong his career succesfully for another 4-5 years

I like Khan but surely he is the 3rd best British Asian national behind the legendary greats Prince Patel and Uzzy Ahmed.

Kotelnik was a very weak champion. Feather fisted and just straight very average. He'd lost to Mbaye and Witter, and had a close fight with Gavin Rees. That is not a good win. & Barrera and Judah were completely past it . Khan was a lightweight who'd just been KO'd in 50 seconds by a Colombian taxi driver, and he was gifted a undeserved shot at a weak feather fisted belt holder up at 140. He is the definition of a manufactured fighter. He didnt even win gold at the olympics ffs but he got treated like hed won gold and the val barker trophy lol.

No chances hes a top 10 of the last 20 years. When theres been Calzaghe, Froch, Hatton, Fury,, Joshua, Josh Taylor, Haye, Frampton, Burns, S Harrison, Nelson, Woods, Warrington, etc.

The only thing khan had that was world class was speed. He quit like a ***** against Crawford from a leg punch! Hes a quitter
