BCS8 was indeed once a decent poster but it has been going downhill since some time now.We have reached a point where debating with him has become a complete waste of time given the level of dishonesty and incompetence Involved

For clarification , @Mendoza will run and duck the question because if he says 160 it proves Golovkin was not the real WBA Champ at the time.
This is the type of dishonest weasel you're dealing with

On what grounds am I a fanboy?

How am I a fanboy for saying that Toney should have lost, but that he wasn’t at his best?

    That’s the truth.

Dave Tiberi was a low level fighter.

Unless you’re going to bizarrely claim that Tiberi was better than Nunn, McCallum, Reggie, Littles and Jirov etc, you’d have to ask why Toney beat those guys yet lost to Tiberi?

I’ve already told you that he’d just fought McCallum 7 weeks earlier.

I posted you 2 links where his manager said that he was distracted and underprepared.

You yourself have already said that BJS should have lost to Akavov because he was unfocused.

Regarding Mike McCallum, you know nothing about the man. You’d not even seen his most notable fights until 2 weeks ago, which makes any opinion you hold of him completely worthless.

You have dug your heels in on a subject that you have no knowledge of.

    A solid top 10 guy?

Trust me, if you were knowledgeable of that man’s career and you heard someone repeat what you’d just said, you would CRINGE.

That comment right there tells every guy reading this forum that you possess zero knowledge of his career.

I already told you it was for Strum's WBA Super middle weight belt. Once again, we agree. " You said GGG wanted to fight Sturm for the Super WBA Middleweight title. "

I agree. Yes, that is the fight GGG wanted. I think by not typing in WBA you became confused. Now your trying to act as if you were not. You should know who I was talking about and which belt he had.

    Geez.

You just have to watch the Tiberi fight to see that Toney was really badly out of shape. But you're wasting your breath on Mendoza. Don't think he's outright trolling, but he rather seems to have his own weird version of it.

Its a very simple question. . 160 or 168? Im aware what you are doing , just seeing how far you are willing to take you lies and dishonesty.

To wrap it up , cos an answer will prove you wrong either way , GGG wanted to fight Sturm at 160 for the full WBA belt , cos he had the fake one.
This also proves that a lot of his WBA defenses were bogus. Thats a fact that really upsets you.

Have you a rebuttal to this or are you going to post more putrid drivel?

Oh more than one person here thinks your a fan boy who makes excuses for losses. Toney was ready. His manager made the fight. End of. His opponent was not likely as ready, but if he wanted a big purse had to say yes to Toney's manger's terms.

BJS has zero to do with this thread. So he beat one of Golovkin's opponents. Do I really need to show you a loss to a lesser fighter than BJS, from one of Toney's best opponents. I can. Easily. Come on.

Now can you answer the questions I have for you or not. 5th time asking!!!

    I despair.

    Seriously, what is the point?

You have NOT ANSWERED my questions how they have been set out.

What the hell is wrong with you man?

    Seriously.

I have put questions to you, which once again, you have TWISTED TO SUIT YOUR AGENDA.

    I asked you:

“In his prime, did GG fight anyone as good as Nunn or McCallum?”

    Your response:

“I think that Canelo was better than Nunn and McCallum”

    Pathetic.

Here’s the icing on the cake:

Instead of answering my original questions that I asked you, you’ve actually gone and quoted your own answers which I originally quoted in my previous post.

    You are an absolute joke.

You are completely incapable of debating with me.

James Toney told his corner the round before he knocked him out that he was going to knock him out. Wore him out, felt him up (not in that way), knocked him out. As decisive as can be imagined. A great win.

I think we both know the answer. Trying to be nice here. The WBA runs their own show, it they say it's for their title it is. Who they heck are you to say differently?

GGG won the WBA middleweight title in 2010 before Strum won his super middleweight title. GGG wanted to fight him, Sturm said no way.

Yes, I agree with the score.

That’s not the point I was making.

The point, was highlighting BCS8’s untruthful account of what happened.

He said that Toney was getting schooled before he gassed.

    1. Toney wasn’t getting schooled.

    2. Toney’s great body work slowed him down.

Neither of you have given Toney any credit for the win.

Yes, he was down on points.

    Yes, he struggled.

But he knocked out a great fighter who beat other very good-great fighters.

Not giving someone credit for beating a great fighter on the grounds that he was behind before the stoppage, is absolutely moronic.

Regarding your other point, I absolutely do not ever post on a subject that I don’t possess any knowledge of.

Everyone who knows me here knows that I’m a huge fan of Roy Jones.

Yet there’s many threads on here that I don’t get involved in, if I don’t know the opponent.

I will just read the comments without posting.

For example: I will not comment on a thread looking at Roy fighting Lloyd Marshall.

Why? Because I have no knowledge of the man.

Trying to argue on a subject that you have no knowledge of just because people are saying what you perceive to be negative things about your favourite fighter is both ignorant and immature.

Regarding your questions, no, I’m not ready for them. For the simple reason being, you have not honestly answered mine.

Honesty is being nice , but there isn't an honest bone in your body. You took Loudon's good nature and slashed all over it.

To wrap this charade up - Sturm held the full WBA belt at 160 until 2012. . Thats four whole years of bogus WBA title defenses for Golovkin.
Sturm moved to 168 at the end of his career. By that time a fight with Golovkin had long expired troll boy.

Try refute what i posted if you can troll boy

You are the one who can not even answer my questions , and your not looking good in the debate by that way. You try to lump me into things I did not say.

Your just another sensitive fan boy afraid to answer my questions. I easily answered your agenda excuse riddled questions for Toney. FACT.

Let's keep it real, and try to be honest. Quote me in full context. Do not lump me in with what another poster says. You know your guilty of this. Stop it,

I said Canelo in his prime was better than McCallum at age 35 out of his. Do you understand what that means?

I also pointed out that Canleo had more success as an upper weight fighter in comparison to Nunn, but also said I think Nunn would beat Canelo at 160 pounds. A fact and being honest. Try it sometime.

You run from my questions, that's the weakest point in any debate.

Last chance to save face. Since I answered all of you questions can you answer some of mine? Calling you out. And I will continue to call out as a person who runs to answer the others person in a debate. Hopefully you won't lump me in to what others said, or quote me out of context in the future. Unless that is you character.

    Ready for these easy questions?
