    How to beta Tyson Fury?

    Ok, Wait until he is asleep, completely out of it, snoring, creep up on him with a bat...


    He will probably still get straight up, so you'll have to run after you've hit him, but you'll win on points, one strike to zero.

    The way you beat him either a bullish fighter working the body or a guy with a jab to offset his rhythm. Anything in the middle will have a hard time beating him.

    Just ask John McDermott.

    I actually think the worse matchups stylistically for Fury for different reasons are AJ, Usyk and Hunter and I see them winning if potential fight is made.

    A lot of you guys are basically saying that Fury is unbeatable which is laughable. Had he not skipped over 27 of the current top 30 heavyweights right now, he would have been beaten or KOed long ago. Instead, he's fought Wallin, Schwarz, Sefari, Pianeta...

    There have been better heavyweights than AJ, Fury is very beatable as is AJ.

    Counter his jab as he overcommits with it, he`s wide open to counter rights over his jab, Mike Tyson destroyed Golota this way.

    Disagree, anyone who can punch and has a better chin than Fury does ( At least 1/5 of the division ) can KO him. Required first is a set of balls to fight and not be concerned with the incoming. The Parker types won't do it.

    I think AJ, if they fight will wax Fury. Some of the young guns on the way up will too. I d love to see Hrgovic stare Fury down, and go at him, undressing him in the process. IMO Fury can't take those punches or that type of pressure from a man his size or close to it. Fury would have to trade being the weaker puncher with less durability, would lose. It would not surprise if if Joyce beats Dubious, and get a shot does the same to Fury.

    Come on. Wlad didn't come close to landing his best shot vs Fury. Wlad who does not have the best chin took some flush shots from Fury, and took them well.

    Wilder did in round 12 had Fury in some trouble, what if he lands the same in round 5? Bye bye Fury, sooner or later. Wilder just isn't a good boxer and throw his wind up shots from a distance where he's usually safe, worrying about his own chin. Expect in this case Fury was the ranger man.

    Fury has not beaten a ranked man under 39 who can box well. If he faces one, and that guy can punch, we'll see how good he is.

    Fight exactly the way Deontay Wilder did in fight one, just win one more round on one judge's card ... to avoid a draw.

    Wilder threw more punches in all 12 rounds. Fury just edged him in landed punches in the majority of rounds by a punch or two.

    Fury can be outboxed. Wilder nearly did it, and nearly everyone here says he can't box at all.

    Hello newbie who has 12 total posts, yes it is. Try coming back with reasons to say what I wrote is not so, that is if you have an idea of what you are talking about.

    I thought Fury won something close to 15 of the 19 rounds fought vs Wilder. The first fight draw was a bogus call by the judges. The second fight, Wilder did not win a round. Though I agree with you, Fury can be out boxed by those who want to let their hands go and get into the range they need.

    Well, the official judges did not. Wilder showed how to beat Fury. Match Fury in punch output, and land some big shots. It's not brain surgery. Fury was just got the better of him in ONE additional round to secure a draw, otherwise Wilder would've won the official decision.

    Oh well, maybe Pulev will score the upset and we'll get Fury-Wilder III in the spring.

    Fury out-landed Wilder 84-71 overall, 46-40 jabs and 38-31 power and in the round-by-round breakdown, Wilder connect rate of 16 to 17% was awful.

    Fury out landed Wilder in every round but the 12. No way this fight is a " draw "

    Heavyweight avg.erage is 15 landed punches per round on punch stats. Wilder never came close in any round. See punches landed per round, and other information at:

    In a fight where few punches land, activity matters with the judges. If there aren't a lot of scoring blows, the person who is throwing more and forcing the fight tends to get the edge. If you want to discuss how to beat Fury, ACTIVITY matters because the landed shots will be few and far between.

    Someone can land one or two more punches a round, but when 60 or 70 are thrown in that round, it's hard to know who landed the ONE additional punch if you're scoring.

    Activity matters. It got Wilder, who you guys say can't box at all, a DRAW with the best boxer in the division.

    Busier fighters tend to get the benefit of the doubt in rounds where little lands.

    Lol everyday the same posts are popping up saying AJ has a better resume than Fury......
    AJ does not have a better resume than Fury.
    Fury has 2 Elite wins in a 10 year reigning super champion in Wlad and a 5 year reigning WBC champion in Wilder.
    AJ has ZERO yes that is right ZERO ELITE wins get over it Fury's resume is better than AJ's.
