Agit Kabayel is an undefeated Vandal, highly touted in his native Germania, his fans are rightfully demanding he gets his long awaited title shot, they are always calling out the vulnerable Englishman Anthony Joshua, team Joshua is rightfully very cautious (focusing on avoiding paydays that can be lost if Agit Kabayel snickers the Anabolic Englishman)

Deontay Wilder, former Heavyweight Champion who matched Muhammad Ali title defenses, Agit Kabayel knowledgeable advisors are telling him if Anthony Joshua can't be made, they should go after Wilder...

    Very curious situation...

Kabayel is an interesting one, but his only decent victory is against a Chisora who probably didn't train proper enough or underestimated Kabayel.

He could well need another fight witch Chisora or he should go for Manuel Charr's belt. Or why not try against Ortiz? I think Joshua, Wilder and Fury would all finish him easily at this point.

Agit Kabayel got a Marciano-Sinan Samil Sam aura about him both heavyweights were never stopped. However, he will be facing the hardest puncher to ever walk earth...We already know Deontay Wilder power, so it will tell us how tough Agit Kabayel really is

With him being very much in the mix to face Fury, tell me why would he fight Wilder?

    What have i missed here?

Tyson Fury wants an easier in-between fight, he is focused on the Anthony Joshua fight. If Tyson Fury takes on Agit Kabayel more credit to him, but that will be surprising.

Agit Kabayael is an iron-chinned thick-skulled undefeated Heavyweight, with a good chance to upset Tyson Fury.

Yes maybe so but why would he then fight Wilder as the first post mentioned?

He will try to win and make a statement, if he defeats Deontay Wilder. He has all boxing in his hands, statues of him will be erected all over Germany, Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua will immediately become the "B" side or mutual at best. If he loses to Deontay Wilder, he losses nothing, he faced the Greatest puncher of all time who put down every opponent he faced

    On the other hand

If Kabayael loses to the less threatening Fury or Joshua, he will be dismissed as another prospect who had his chance and lost and his boxing career is pretty much done

Kabayel's a very skilled operator, but seems to exist in cruise control for most of his fights. I'd imagine he'd have no trouble outboxing Wilder for rounds, but that's nothing new for most of Wilder's opponents. The question is always how well they can take a shot if they can't KO him.

I like Kabayel's swagger though; he's one of those guys who seems to know exactly what he's doing in the ring. I can see him doing a number on Wilder but maybe letting things stay close enough to lose a controversial decision on the cards.

Really a bit undecided on him at present. He's not massively fast or slick but just seems to do everything well: good jab, good countershots, good movement, good defence etc.

There is a Rocky Marciano-James Toney quality to Agit Kabayel, he is undefeated and is a real threat to Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder. Its unreasonable to try to force Joshua or Fury to take a very risky fight prior to their payday. Deontay Wilder doesn't turndown undefeated Heavyweights, so it will be easier to make for Kabayel.

    From Kabayel POV,
Deontay Wilder floored every boxer he ever faced, so if Agit Kabayel gets KOed. It will not end his career, but if Kabayel loses to Joshua or Fury Kabayel, its ovah for him.

Am I missing something glaringly obvious here ? I don't see how losing to the number 1 or 2 heavyweight on the planet makes it "ovah for him", career ending! But losing to Wilder is somehow a lesser loss so to speak in a manner of well that was to be expected.

Getting KOed by Wilder is not a career ender, because its just brute power that you can't avoid.

Deontay Wilder floored/KOed every boxer he faced. Losing to Fury/Joshua will just make Kabayel another Thomas Schwarz

You can't say being beaten by Fury or Joshua just makes you another Thomas Schwarz or you could just as easily say it makes you another Klitschko, Parker, Povetkin, Whyte, Chisora or even Wilder. On the other hand by your reasoning you could say being ko'd by Wilder would just make Kabayel another Eric Molina or even Audley Harrison. With respect there's no logic to your comparisons. Losing to the higher ranked, higher regarded more proven boxers with the better resume as in Fury and Joshua would have less of an impact on a career than just been another name on Wilders mostly bum of the month record.
