You Lomasexuals have long insulted past greats like Napoles, Duran, Gomez, ect by saying Loma had the GOAT offensive footwork.

Ohhhh because it looked so flashy and pretty...

Pretty footwork can only get you so far. I think this was a reality check that no matter how flashy or good you look in the ring there’s always gonna be flaws to your game. And sometimes subtlety and simplicity is better. Guys like Napoles, Duran, Arguello didn’t have flashy footwork but they were still great footwork.

Footwork doesn't win rounds no matter how pretty. Loma was just ordinary tonight.

Young Napoles vs Lomachenko would have been a fun beatdown at 135. I like him, but Lomachenko would have received a first-hand look at true GOAT-level footwork.

Great footwork will do you no good if you refuse to let your hands go like loma did tonight.

He does have elite level footwork though and also utilizes angles really well. Probably the best footwork I've seen from a fighter since Mayweather Jr.

But I agree with the posters above, you're not going to win many rounds by just being fleet of foot. You have to throw some punches and keep the opposition honest.

Lopez won tonight and although it was a clear decisive win, it was not a 12-0 win but I feel like Loma got exposed.

Not exposed as a fraud or less than world class, but exposed as in not being a P4P ATG and far far away from being anything close to Mayweather or Pac.

Now, I really understand why he ducked Pac.

Yeah his footwork sucks ass, come off it. For anything to criticize Loma about, it ain't the footwork.

We'll have to wait and see how Lopezs career progresses before we can come to that conclusion.

Did his footwork let him down tonight? Nope.
