It will be okay to take a rematch, since he has nothing to lose. Even better let Teo fight Haney first, then go for the rematch with the undisputed title on the line, after that a move down in weight (if possible) is the best move possible

Teo nearly had Loma out of there in the 12th, Loma was getting beat up and if there was a 13th round he would of been stopped. I don't see what Loma can do to win a rematch, he can't stand toe to toe for 12 rounds against this monster and he's too small to fight on the outside. Teo will be more aggressive in the rematch knowing that he can get to Loma.

A rematch would be great. The truth is that it was a close fight.

Lopez looked more hurt than Loma did at any point...

There's people say he left it late. There's a reason for dat! Right! Look how he reacts every time Teo exploded a missile his way. He don't like it at all. He didn't want that smoke. You are not the one fighting in there. One shot from Teo might spell a punch that loma can't recover from.

If you want a rematch where loma starts to come forward vs Teo. I would be shocked! He would be on the canvass.

Loma got too reckless in round 12 because he knew he was down. Desperate fighters always make defensive mistakes. If he banked the early rounds and knew he was up, he wouldn't have to risk everything in the last round. That's why good tactics can prevent a lot of mistakes from happening.

he had a total of 4/5 moments in the entire match, much different than truly winning 4/5 rounds.. he won 1/2 rounds max, was the exact mismatch I been claiming it would be for years.

Lopez couldn’t ever lose to Loma, every fight would get worse for Loma he never sees round 12 again v lopez

Sure he can, people are acting like Loma had zero success. I wouldn't bet on Loma, but I think he can do it with different tactics.

loma never came close to hurting Lopez never even stunned him. Loma was the only one getting hurt and lopez beats him easier after clearly out boxing him

Lopez would be a big favourite in the rematch.

No way, man. He never figured Lopez out. Being an elite fighter, he managed to show flashes, but Lopez was in control for at least 30 of the 36 minutes.

Easy win for loma second time around, I think.

He gave too much respect to the young boy first fight.

Papachenko, ****ed up the game plan.

Lopez ends his career brutally in a rematch.

23 yr old kid comes in a dominates. He'll be so much more confident and assertive next time.

Loma (whom I was a huge fan of) should retire. It's a given he should go down to 130 now but even there those guys should have zero respect now.
