Fenech vs Nelson 1 (despite the result! I think Fenech is underrated for technique though).

    Also, Fenech vs Payakaroon.

The scorecards were definitely off the mark.
I had Teo winning by a round, maybe 2. A draw would’ve been understandable.

Loma ran around a lot. I think they penalized him for it.

I always thought Basilio was actually an extremely underrated and skilled technician. Tough as it gets too.

+ IMO Teo's agression was insufficient and his accuracy was very questionable. Though, Loma fought mediocre

David Tua - John Ruiz ;)

edit - Or, more seriously, Tua - Moorer and Shavers - Norton. And my first example is only because Tua shut down the techniques Ruiz would use later in his career.

    Ike - Byrd
Peters - Toney 1&2 (although I felt Toney won the 1st fight)

Those of us who had the sound on could hear the impact of Lopez’s punches (especially some of those body shots). I am a fan of Loma’s and I still don’t think he deserved more than 4 rounds (5 if people want to be especially generous).

Power was certainly a factor but I agree that this wasn’t some kind of “brute force” win. Lopez fought an extremely smart tactical fight and completely neutralized Lomachenko for much of it.

Those of us who had the sound on could also hear the commentary team hyping up Lomas every move and portraying the fight as a close affair despite Loma getting pummeled so Im not sure what that guy is saying

Norton was the better technician and the better "boxer", but not the better fighter.
