    What happened to simply acknowledging the better guy won and keep it moving?

    I hate seeing this in the forum. After their favourite fighters got beaten then their fan boys came up with BS threads.

    The problem is landing more clean shots doesn't automatically mean you get the points. Loma had said it before the fight that he would fight 12 rounds. But guess what, if he decide to fight 12 rounds, it means he need to win by decision and decision means getting more points. In whole my life, I have seen a lot of fights and I can tell that most of judges side with the contestant who dominates the fight and punch more. Sure, you can still win the points from the judges by having fewer punches, but only as long as those ones that landed actually hurt your opponent and turn the fight to your favor. Which in this case, I don't see it happening.

    I had it 6-6. 2, 7-11 for Loma but if you argued 7-5 Lopez I'd be okay with that. It took Loma til round 7 to realize he could take Teo's power but by then it was too late. I'm sure Loma thinks a rematch would go differently, but Teo did enough to win the fight.

    Whoever had 119 for Lopez should be banished from judging.

    LOL you just sound like a fanboy. First of all check out round 6 and actually watch it carefully. Can you please explain to me how Lopez won this round given Lomas numerous straight shots? And just to note a power punch landed is NOT an actual power punch if it lands when you're moving away from it. Also, Lopez uppercut did not land on Lomas chin at the end watch the slow motion replay. Commentators were wetting themselves over something thatt didn't even land lmao

    Go on.

    Why did Loma’s big beak of a nose look like Rudolph the Reindeer after the fight?

    It’s not even Halloween and this dude was in his Christmas outfit.

    The people on this forum who say Loma won should be banned from watching boxing ... or at least posting about it.

    You can make a better argument for 11-1 than 7-5 Loma.

    do you ever consider the reasons for the weakness in confronting reality? why your psyche has to shield you from it? what the underlying reasons for that weakness might be? because that characteristic will affect all the decisions you make in life, and will create predictable setbacks and stunt your development.

    Give me the 3 rounds Loma WON in the first 6 rounds. That what I was commenting on, I'm still waiting.

    It was level after 6? GTFO, if anybody had it level after 6 then in my opinion they are bias, clueless and have a blatant agenda.

    You can try and spin Loma getting beat if you want to, it's your choice, I just think it kills any credibility you have, to come on here and start making excuses and trying to rewrite history, rewrite rounds, rewrite a performance..

    I get things wrong, I get predictions wrong, for example, I picked Golovkin to beat Canelo in their first fight, I thought GGG won, I said so afterwards BUT I accepted the result and took my verbal slaps and moved on.

    I didn't come on and start whining, complaining, crying and telling people to watch fights in slow motion, without sound, from a reverse angle and start creating scoring criteria to try and convince people I wasn't really wrong, I didn't really get a prediction wrong.

    This isn't about Lopez or Loma any longer, it's about people just trying to save face, some people just need to accept they got it wrong, it happens and just move on.

    Oh yeah, still waiting for those 3 rounds in the first 6.

    I scored the fight a draw and had scenarios with Loma winning and I only gave Loma Round 6 in the first 6. I did have Round 2 close, and I think Ward scored that round for Loma.

    Not sure what the other round may have been. But that's just off my own scorecard. Would have to watch the rounds again.

    EDIT: Yes, Ward scored Round 2 for Loma.

    I had Lopez winning the first 7, Loma didn't do anything of note for 6 rounds, nothing, but he got involved for the last minute of round 7, wasn't enough in my opinion to win that round but I'd sort of accept if somebody gave him 7 just for sake of argument.

    Loma won 8, 9, 10, 11 and Lopez stamped the fight with round 12.

    So I scored it 116-112 Lopez, I can see 115-113 Lopez if you gave Loma round 7.

    But I can't find any way Loma won 7 rounds, no way he won that fight, NEVER.

    I had 6 rounds to Loma and could find 8 for him.

    What I gave him ----------> 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
    What I could add ----------> 2, 7

    Lopez didn't do enough in the 12th and was on the back foot for too much of the round. He looked weak, whereas Loma looked fresh and strong. The Compubox stats for the round are nonsense. Lopez looked hurt/tired twice in the round and Loma was not phased at all. Additionally, I thought Lopez caused the headbutt that created the cut. I felt while watching that was from fatigue.

    Loma asserted his will more in the 12th and that solidified the draw for me. I've watched the round several times and feel the same each time. Lopez simply looked out of gas, hurt and in retreat too much to win it on my card. Although I'm admittedly a "come forward, harder/cleaner shots landed" guy and not a "fight well off the backfoot" guy.

    I had the fight a draw as Crawford and Ward did.
