They can't all be as classy in defeat as Nonito Donaire or Sergio Martinez.

Not cool, you beat the man, no need to be a Moby.

Lomachenko has achieved many things, has given us incredible performances, and will again, Loma isn't finished.

I don't like that, he should be more gracious, even Mayweather who can be the biggest Moby of them all always said stuff like "he is a hell of a fighter..." after he beat somebody.

No need to stick the boot in and it just isn't a good look.

He can say whatever he wants to say but the fact is that Loma still mounted a comeback and made the fight closer when he had a big lead in the first half. He’s making it seem like he completely dominated him when it was still a competitive fight. He gave Loma absolutely no credit at all for being a good fighter.

Loma looked like a ***** diva storming out of the ring like he did and then refusing to admit he lost. Tit for tat.

It probably has more to do with sour grapes as both guys took the insults personal. Loma has also come out looking pretty sour and contesting the results so it might be a bit of a response to that as well. It's not a good look for either guy and I don't condone it, but somewhat understandable. Ideally they both just learn from the event and come back more humble. Neither are really big stars right now and I don't think this type of behavior wins new fans. Even me, Lopez made me a big believer in his skillset, but I don't like this type of behavior. That said it's boxing and people aren't nice in this sport so I watch more for the fights than the personalities.

He's doing this because he said loma was dismissive of him and acted like he was better than him. I think if loma hadn't done what he accused him of doing he would have been more gracious especially to a great respected fighter like loma.

In his own words he was huge for the weight fighting a 126 pounder who was on the way out whose body was breaking down on him due to decades of wear and tear, but when said ''126 pounder'' actually started fighting and letting his hands go it was a completely different fight and he was getting lit up and hurt repeatedly by him, hurt worse than he ever hurt Loma. At one point I thought he was actually on the verge of being ready to go lol

You're right, that is true, he wasn't exactly sportsmanlike afterwards.

I sort of gave him the benefit because of social distancing rules, like after the UFC when they go backstage to a mic for their interview and don't start shaking hands and hugging everybody.

But yeah thinking about it, they just shared a ring for 36 minutes with sweat, snot and blood so a hug and a "well done" wouldn't be much of an ask.

Yeah maybe, he is young and might hold a grudge LOL

I could understand it if they were contracted to rematch, or Lopez wanted a rematch but that seems dead already so there is no advantage to it.

Lopez made his point, he won the fight, he will move on now and hopefully earn a ton of money and be even more successful.. so he should just be nice, kill him with kindness.

Guys like Lopez fight with a chip on their shoulder they came up the hard way and weren't give much and had to earn it that me against the world attitude. It's what fuels him if he loses that fire he won't be the same fighter.

A rematch is a must. Did he have Loma's number or did Loma just have a off night. Personally I think Loma respected Lopez's power too much. There are some other things I posted before and don't want to be redundant. I welcome a rematch.
