I feel bad for not caring as I like Lee Selby, he just waited too long to go up in weight and now I think it's over for him

Selby is done. Putting himself through years of POW type diets to boil down to an unnatural weight (for him) has made him weak and almost underdeveloped strangely...just my opinion. He has bags of skill but nothing in his shots to keep a fighter honest at that weight. Even Douglas was walking him down. Needs to be kept away from anyone who can remotely punch because I see a knockout coming.

Kambosos is the slight underdog here and I think he has a great chance.

I agree mate I think the fact it’s match room have made the odds a bit closer than they should be imo, I think he beats Selby

Selby hasn't impressed me recently, I think he's really in decline now, agree with what Twentyman said. If Kambosos is even decent at this weight, I'd back him at the odds as could be a great value pick.

Will watch some of his fights to get an idea what level he's at first.

His last one, against former IBF champ Mickey Bey, was very close with the knockdown being the difference. Outside of that he normally throws combinations of the jab and puts high pressure on his opponents. I think Selby will struggle to cope and will ultimately be roughed up down the line.

Does he need to set his feet to throw though? My concern will be if Selby ends up just Vasquez'ing him by movement and pot shotting. That's kind of how Selby used to fight with lovely movement.

Not always, though he can get reckless if he has to swing and move. I don't think that's the be all and end all though, as Selby has a habit of sitting on the ropes in his last two bouts and he's in trouble if he does that here.

Does he have enough power to hurt and ko Selby as we all know how the scoring will likely go

How good is Kambosos-Jr? Greek-Austrailian like Michael Katsidis . Could he be the new Katsidis?

Kambosos Jr has a firmed with Australia biggest Bookmaker $ 2.64 into $ 1.76. Selby out from 1.45 to $ 1.98.

I actually think that given the scorecards for Ritson vs Vasquez, the judges scorecards on Matchroom cards might come under intense scrutiny and Matchroom and their selected judges may well have to play it straight to avoid being slated again. With this in mind, I'd tentatively go Kambosos SD, though in all likelihood Kambosos has to stop Selby to make absolutely sure.

Painfully uninterested in this fight. It might be a cracked but I’m anticipating a dull fight that Selby steals on favourable cards
