Moving up doesn't mean ****... too many young fans think that equals greatness. Not when there's half a dozen belts in every diviasion. Canelo moved up and went for the easiest to beat title holder FFS. When he lost his old JrMW belt, he went after Liam Smith. While he did finally fight 3G, that was a year too late. Then what, easiest to win belt at 168? Then to 175 to beat the most susceptible belt holder there? Fact of the matter is, most guys move up due to not making weight, or losing a fight and having no where else to go but up. Only a VERY small % move out of their comfort zones for a so-called challenge.
I guess being a multi weight world champion is nothing to Loser Lance. Thing is, GGG never even seriously entertained the idea of moving up for fights with Froch or Andre Ward knowing those fights would have been very lucrative. if he at least took the risk it would have earned him much more respect. But he knew to stay away from the guys.
Except there are always fighters moving up. Some of those who move up get titles. Like I said, there's a bunch in every weight class. Should some fighters who move up be blackballed or something? Fact of the matter is, posters here and fans pick and choose too much which ones are allowable, dependent on who they hate for the most part.
Except I never said that little girl. I DID say there are many belts per division, so it's NOT the feat it once was. I don't expect you to understand. You hate me. You'll disagree with me if you were soaking wet outside and I said it was raining. You'd just swear you are being peed on and stay in the rain.
Nope, I didn't imply anything troll. It's pretty clear what I meant. You trying to add meaning to what I've posted is all on you. Like I said, you'll disagree with me no matter what I post. Go back to being an annoying lap dog Chihuahua hiding behind Pit bulls like you normally are.
Not this again. The Brook fight happened as a late replacement after Golovkin and Matchroom were left in the lurch by top 10 ranked at the time middleweight Chris Eubank Jr. who decided to price himself out of a title shot. Brook foolishly thought he was big enough and chased the cash only to get his face smashed in at 160. Meh. That's it.
These guys are desperate to paint it as the same as what canelo did. BIG difference being Canelo sought out Khan from the beginning. Some of these trolls are seriously mentally deranged. It's quite sad more than anything.
And you were fundamentally wrong then too. Stop saying goofy things. You can criticise a lot of Golovkin's career legitimately - you don't need to try to misrepresent it with this 'he sought out a WW' BS which even a casual fan can see through. Hearn presented the Brook fight to him when CEJ started mucking everyone around and he greedily took the fight against a name but undersized opponent. You wouldn't care about this if you weren't embarrassed about the Khan fight which was planned from the start. Can we not talk about how crappy the Rolls fight was rather than this nonsense if we're going to do some Golovkin bashing? Be warned though, we'll have the pathetic Fielding fight brought up pretty quickly I reckon.
Actually i wasnt. Ggg said Brook was too small and wouldnt fight him. Now i like how you want to come try to criticize my post but those are facts and were pretty much the meat and potatoes of my post to begin with. But Golovkin isnt relevant any more and isnt worth talking about rn until hes lined up for a fight.
