Hearn really has treated Kell very badly....

Hearn has absolutely destroyed Brook in his latest IFL interview.
A lot of truth spoken, including Brooks disloyalty to him and Ingle.
He should have had the intelligence to not spout trash, but I guess when you’ve got a fight you’re desperately trying to flog on a platform no one has you’ll say anything.

 

What did Hearn say

 

Along the lines of Brook deciding to make this fight completely without his involvement and then only contacted Hearn when he wanted it to be on Sky. He mentioned the lack of loyalty with both him and Ingle, and suggests it’s as much Brook’s dad and the guy who runs his social media’s doing.
A lot more was said about how much Sky and Matchroom did for his career, how he has helped him out so many times with the various messes that he’s found himself in.
He also pointed out the ridiculous quote where Brook said he did Hearn a favour by taking the Golovkin fight, whereas he took it because he was paid a fortune.
There’s probably more but my short term memory is terrible. Nothing that Hearn said seemed unreasonable or factually incorrect. He admitted to being very angry/upset when the interview first came out.

 

Sad how it has all turned out to be fair.

Kell is not the first fighter to try and sidestep Hearn and get on Sky Sports and won’t be the last. Rarely ends well

Seems that way dude to me. Eddie also goes in on Tesco Joe which is highly amusing as Eddie knows he cannot really not work with Joe as Joe has alot of the Manchester based fighters and is just trying to save face after Joe accused him and Sky of being racist lol.
But Eddie saying this when his old man referred to boxers as slaves.
Eddie might have been with Kell when he got poked up but it was for his own gain, Kell was probably in Hearn's top 3 guys at that point in terms of possibility of making millions from him.
Anyone who believes anything Hearn says are the type of people that wont sub to Premier Sports for a month to watch Kell try and pull it off. but will 100% be pressing the red button for the next couple of months worth of puddings only £19.95/£24.95.

I'm 100% sure Edday has said in the past he wouldn't get in the way if one of his fighters got a big offer. But now he's saying if you sign a fight with someone else you are done, Edday will never talk to you again.

 

The biggest skill Eddie has is making people believe him. There are two sides to every story of course and Brook no doubt has not been the model fighter to promote. However it’s funny when Hearn does an interview like this all the ‘boxers put their lives on the line as deserved to get paid’ sentiment goes out the window. Brook has every right as a free agent to make the fight with Crawford - I mean what fight was Eddie offering as an alternative to a 34 year old who needs to get moving ASAP?! Seriously, Carson Jones 3?! The biggest issue for me is that Hearn can basically tell Sky what non Matchroom content they can take and he’s basically bragging that Brook turned his back on him so he won’t buy the fight. Brook isn’t the only loser, we are! It’s an incredible situation and a stupid business model from Sky.

Damn Hearn absolutely shreds Brook and Joe Gallagher.

 

No that's not what he said at all. What he said before was he wouldn't stop a fighter of his own taking a deal which bettered a deal that Hearn could offer for a particular fight.

This isn't what happened with Brook. Brook didn't even talk to Hearn regarding the Crawford fight and then just went alone. That's his perogative but to then expect a Sky and Hearn to front the UK tv deal is big ask.

 

What is the Joe Gallagher stuff?

 

Nope. He's saying Kell isn't one of his fighters any more. He's not getting in his way, he just doesn't feel any obligation to take up his cause, especially when Kell is coming out with all that self serving shite on IFL about how he wants it on Sky for the fans.

If he'd not tried to get a bit of extra publicity by dumping on Eddie he'd have been left alone. Now Hearn's made him look like a right twat, unless of course you're that twisted in your hatred of everything Hearn does and says that you can't recognise that sometimes the fella does actually have a case?
