And I mean ANY fighter with a pulse they put him in there with. Tank is a chubby talented little bowling ball. He lives the boxing life in a comparable way to late stage Broner. Every piece of media I've seen showing the Davis camp has him in a triple layer poncho trying to sweat the fat off. Weight is a HUGE issue for this fight, and Tank is simply way too big too strong for 130. If the Gamboa fight were at 130 and Tank had a bad cut to make it down, who knows what would've happened?

Anyone can beat Tank at 130, and despite the gap in talent between himself and LSC, this fight poses a far more significant career risk than it should. Weight cuts like this make him especially vulnerable to in your face volume punchers. If you've ever wondered what Gervonta would look like after two years of meth addiction, you'll see on Friday night. I hope for the sake of bigger fights down the road he doesn't have issues.

Wishful thinking. Davis' bad habits will beat him eventually, but it won't be at the hands of LSC.

    Davis is gonna batter Leo.

I hope Davis wins and doesn't tarnish the fights that have been marinating for years already. He should have either dragged Leo up or been in shape before camp. This fat camp bulls*** is getting risky.

Finally a like minded person! I agree 100% but don't say it out loud on youtube all the fanboys jump all over you. I think Tank is a above average boxer with power but a lot of problems. I put him in the same category as white chocolate whatever his real name is. Somebody was trying to tell me how he would knock out Inouye the other day. There is so many things as wrong with that statement I didn't respond. But yeah anyway that was just me blabbering so I could vent. I'm putting my money in the challenger although this may not be the fight he drops its coming

Tank would absolutely KO Inoue. Inoue giving up too much size in that one.

Hes a talented fighter, but i reckon he will be outworked and lose a wide decision later on his career when he goes to 135lbs. But will probably beat Santa Cruz by KO.

I agree. Tank has lots of talent but seems short on discipline. At their best I see him beating leo but there are so many factors to consider about his mental state, the layoff from covid, and whether the weight cut drains him.

I think leo is a real live dog. Yes ppl rightfully point out he trades a lot and gets hit but he also has strong defensive skills he just usually doesn't mind trading bc he throws so many punches and had a good chin but if tank is hurting him I think he may show some defensive skills ppl don't usually associate with him.

I'm an admitted LSC fanboy tho so I'm looking at it as hopefully as possible lol

They would never be in the same ring together is the point of what I was talking about.

I think dude likes to drink too much. Alcohol has a lot of calories. If he stopped drinking, his weight issues would probably diminish or go away all together. It will catch up to him.

With the exception of Pedraza who employed the dumbest tactics in history completely abandoning his considerable skills in order to wade in face first to bomb after bomb all night, Big Al and Big Floyd have been feeding Twink a steady diet of D levels, blown up 122-126 pounders and a shot chinny Cuban leprechaun senior citizen. This is just another clever piece of matchmaking by Big Al like Jermallo vs Dev was, the later of whom was coming off three career-shortening wars for the ages in a row and an especially brutal one against GGG where he sustained so much brain and face abuse from the anvil fists of GGG he looked like a cross between a Ukrainian panda and a pumpkin the following morning.

LSC is a good fighter but he's a blown up 122 pounder who has only fought once above 126 and that was against a natural 126 pounder. He's 8-1 (2KOs at 126) and above, whereas Twink is 14-0 (14KOs) in his last 14 fights at 130 and above.

The hardest puncher LSC has fought is probably Frampton who hurt him, IIRC, and that was against a fellow 122-126 pounder. Twink is a very thick-set and powerful 135 who squeezed down to 130 and hits like a truck for a lightweight, let alone against a blown up 122-126, and we've never seen LSC hit on the chin by a puncher at 130 before. I think the natural size and power of Twink should be too much for LSC to deal with and he's going to get KTFO.

The only avenue of light I see for LSC is it Twink taking 12 rounds to get a shot one-legged 38 y/0 crippled chinny Cuban leprechaun out of there last time out which was an absolutely terrible look for someone who allegedly KOs HWs in sparring.

That he had a torn Achilles from round two and still managed to go the distance somehow, he showed a lot of Tanks flaws. Who do you think will expose Davis?

Yeah to be fair that was a shocker. I don't know to be honest because we need to see him in against someone who actually presents a legit threat at 135 first, not blown up 126 pounders and cadavers. Fortunately 135 is hot right now so hopefully if Big Al and Floyd stop protecting him we should find out how good he is in 2021.

I’m praying for Tank Davis Vs Teofimo Lopez for all the marbles early 2021.

Sounds like Lopez is heading up to 140 and even if he is still able to make 135 and does hang around at that weight a bit longer I think he might go down the Haney or Garcia routes instead, providing the later gets past Campbell that is. But I'd like to see that one too.
