Nov/Dec PPV market feels pretty saturated in the UK. Can't see this doing big numbers,

 

This should be on December 25th or 26th (Boxing Day), the traditional time of year for a couple of (punch) drunk old fools to have a little set-to.
Uncle Mike and uncle Roy live from the Crown and Anchor pub ... mind the piano, lads ..... rematch 45 minutes later back at auntie Jean's .... pork pie, trifle and puddings on the undercard.

And now people realise that Dubois v Joyce was not put on PPV so that they can run constant ads for the PPV later in the night.

Surely it'll be a cheaper price than a normal PPV? About 2 quid or something it should be.

 

Yes, this but BT also want subscribers and big ratings. I can imagine the boxing team will want to show evidence to the BT board that boxing is a valuable piece of the business in these difficult times in order to keep the budget or maybe even give Frank more money for shows.

 

I'd not joined those dots. Well a good outcome for those like myself who really want to see Dubois v Joyce but aren't fussed about shelling out for the antiques roadshow.

 

Charge - Woody Allen v Katie Price on the undercard and I am in.

 

Proper grudge match that one. I heard she got in cat fight with Annie Hall after criticising Allen's approach to parenting and Woody's been after her ever since. Price has the weight advantage so that's where my money's going.
