    For those of you who don't know Jeffriers. He was a Olympic bronze medalist and former pro boxer, and a few days ago I found out he has his own youtube channel which he explains various boxing related drills and workouts.

    Came across his videos the other week , seems a top bloke , happy to see he is doing really well

    His Instagram is worth a follow for anyone on there. Seems a great bloke and doing very well for himself, fair play to him!

    Shame his hands were no good so quickly into his pro career, another with a football crowd following he would have had some good night's.

    Yep, his IG is great for anyone who trains recreationally. He has a great personality on camera and I think he would do good as a pundit for fight cards as well.

    I actually agree with this. Been following him for a few years and he breaks things down really well. Would be a good signing for dazn for when UK fighters fight on the platform in the US.

    I remember Brendan Schaub a couple of years back, He was Brendan's striking coach when he was in the UFC (I know Brendan sucks lol)
