Chisora looked like possibly the slowest handed heavyweight I've ever seen in my life tonight. Gassed after 4 rounds. Still gave Usyk 12 tough rounds and he remained dangerous throughout. Anyone still wonder why Gassiev hasn't made his heavyweight debut? These guys flat out are not physically talented enough to offset the size disadvantage. Don't think Usyk will ever legitimately win a title at heavy

    I agree.

Some fighters just arent built for division hopping.

I also agree that it doesnt alter their quality and rating at their natural weight.

I thought Usyk won but went how I expected it mostly.

It wasn't a 10-2 fight though. Usyk won't get near Fury, he'd slot in nicely with the WBCs new weight category.

This comment looks really ****ing stupid when 5'11'' Sumo Andy Ruiz dropped Anthony Joshua 4 times and made him quit.

Save it with the "he's a much bigger guy, though" BS.

My favourite scorer on this site is @pincai - it's a rare occasion when I think he scores a round wrong.

If I were fighting I'd want him as a judge.

I'm biased as **** for Chisora, and I don't understand how people gave him so many rounds. I think Usyk won clearly.

Usyk looked a bit lackluster, but the win is what really counts.

Chisora did well, he won 3 or 4 rounds.

Looked a bit like ruiz trying to catch AJ at times. Not really much he could do, Usyk was on his toes all night. Effective but boring to watch.

Agree. It’s called Boxing not Fighting. You get points for skill set display and clean connects. Chisora did the only thing he could do and he was handled.

    Sorry, got distracted by family,

I had it 116-112 Usyk clear and it wasn't any closer than that, actually one round I gave Chisora I could have easily given to Usyk, it was a nothing sort of round but a clear four round win for Usyk.

115-113 too close, far too close, Usyks short little punches are scoring shots, the Comms never mentioned them but Chisora with a a swing and a miss and they were "Oooooh Chisora with a big right hand"

I'm just glad Usyk got the decision, Matchroom obviously tried and failed to screw Usyk, I thought it was a good performance all things considered, Usyks been out a while, second fight at HW, looked like he damaged left hand around 8-9 rounds.

Clearly outpointed Chisora and sure we will get the Matchroom spin "if one of those rounds go the other way..."

Well, Yeah Yeah and if my Aunite had nuts she'd be my uncle, Usyk wins and that's all that matters, The W, now Hearn and AJ have a problem.

Embarrassing how plodders think they should win rounds/fights because they walk forward as cumbersome as them trees on Lord of the rings eating leather and landing 1/20 shots. Sick of fans saying the “forcing the fight” bollocks as well.

“Worked hard for this fight” imagine what he could have achieved in a shite division he’s been in for 15 years if he’d trained like that all the time when he hadn’t fought people half as good as Usyk.

Are you crazy? Wilder has fantastic stamina. He doesn't exert himself per round as much as some other guys, but Wilder is largely as fresh in R12 as R1.
