I agree with the premise that damage counts, but the only man hurt in this fight was Chisora.

Because it's not tag and you need to hurt your opponent to win rounds. Usyk lifted his dress and ran all night. If you want to give him points for defense, fine, but his offense was ****.

Maybe I'm old fashioned but you work for what you get.
2 fights @ H/W is not enough for a shot, sorry.

If Chisora actually had Usyk hurt, or was landing with serious volume there, there might be an argument, but he didn't and there isn't.

Between two evenly matched opponents, that's how I'd score it too. But size and power matter when you are hitting people. Chisora's sloppy connects did more damage than Usyk's precise pitter patter.

Maybe, but how many fighters truly "deserve" a world title shot?

Usyk was undisputed CW world champion, he moves up and as a WBO super champion can get a WBO HW title shot.

If Usyk doesn't push it now, he won't get a shot, he will get frozen out, Hearn is openly saying Wilder is now frozen out.

They tried their best to get Usyk beat, look at the cards.. 115-113? GTFO

But the best they had was Chisora, Whyte was just beat by a pensioner and Dave Allen is a joke, what other HW have Matchroom got right now to stop Usyk right now?

So they had a go at stopping Usyk getting his shot so they could all run off and pretend to want Fury while having last minute voluntary defences because "negotiations have broken down".. and AJ needs to keep busy.

That's what Hearn will do, he will want to move Usyk off the title shot, then pretend to make Fury Vs AJ, have a couple more fights, they'll do Pulev and then another one (last minute) and in the meantime hope Fury gets beat or something happens.

Hearn did it with Wilder and he will do it again, I honeslty believe if Whyte beats Povetkin then Hearnoushes for Fury Vs Whyte BEFORE AJ.

Hearn and AJ don't want Fury and they didn't want Wilder when he was blitzing everybody.

AJ got KTFO by a walking blob and Fury went life and death with a nondescript Viking and they both held huge physical advantages over them. People forget Fury going life and death and getting dropped flat on his back by Cunningham for goodness sake, a 210lb soft hitting CW

Usyk had a black eye. Chisora looked like he was close to having a heart attack and suffering from a traumatic brain injury. Sometimes it's hard to quantify the damage, because it's not always visible to the naked eye.

Which heavyweight would you put money on to beat him apart from fury or Joshua?

Chisora who has one of the best chins in the division was ready to go in one of the middle rounds before the bell came to his rescue lol

That's some BS that fella.. actually borderline delusional.. Usyk cruised for the most part whereas Chisora looks a broken man in the post fight interview , in fact he nearly went McCall in the ring at one point & had a spaz out.. almost walked out .. apart from the rough-and-tumble that was pretty much a clinic.. it doesn't matter if he's feather fisted, so is Josh Warrington, still effective.. fkin damage.. gtfo.. Usyk was never hurt & his face looks fine considering all the rabbit punches he was taking in the clinches..

Been noticing that every year I've been here.

Not long before that big lump McBride stopped Tyson, some here said if Mike got serious he could "clean out" the HW div.
Such was the dissing of the K bros. LL didn't get much respect from Mericans either. Meanwhile their boxing gods of yesteryear would beat modern HWs??

It's a real clown world w/too many here.
