Inoue is #1 P4P Mayweather was #1 P4P but Juan Francisco Estrada Antonio Margarito Inoue can still make 115 if he wants to make an ATG statement, KO Roman Gonzalez then go for JFE
When I was a kid, we had this one kid named Dirty Nathan. Nathan's first name was Nathan and his nickname was Dirty. He wasn't even really dirty at all. But they cawlt him that because it's like he was so str8 gangsta with a Nerf bow and arrow. I mean like anyone can shoot the Nerf gun but this was a bow and arrow. He had like three arrows and he'd nail everyone from behind with them. They never saw it coming...THAT is who Ennui reminds me have.
He's definitely more than just a puncher. He has a great jab for one thing and he doesn't just chase you as he's such an adept counter puncher with either hand, he can just stay in front of you, make you lead and then hits you with the counter. Eventually his opponents are wary to throw anything because they get punished to do so, then Inoue knows he can press and dismantle you when nothing is coming back. Maloney is a good out boxer, he has very good movement, but that movement didn't help him as he was still forced to lead by Inoue's clever footwork and then simply wasn't fast enough to get away from the counter. It's going to take a much smarter and more skilled boxer than Maloney to beat Inoue, one that can be patient, feint him into leading so you don't expose yourself to his counter punching and probably someone who has a big enough height and reach advantage to get off first and be out of range. Suffice to say we are not going to see Inoue get beat anytime soon.
