Haha, yeah, some life he's lived! There's quite a few tales of the Dancing Destroyer, I loved watching him when I was a kid, we're a bit thin on the ground here now. Sexton is pretty much retired I think, obviously Mcintosh retired a few years ago, the Walsh brothers all train in Norwich and of course there's Charlton but other than that we've not got many making waves at the moment. Nathan Dale is 22-1, he's been a pro for nearly 10 years now, Iain Martell is a much talked about Cruiser but we'll see how he gets on when he steps up.
Enjoyed that mate. He seems a good guy and was really impressive against Laws (albeit Laws seems fairly crap...) looking forward to seeing more of him for sure.

On another note mate my good mate Kieran Farrell has his unbeaten super middleweight Ben Ridings entering the 4 man tournament on bt and itv4 in less than two weeks , if you looking for anyone to interview on your podcast I reckon he be good to have with this tournament coming up bit of exposure for him and I’m sure Kieran would plaster it all over his social media ?
