WoW, Of course Chisora is VERY slow and was not ranked in top5. Still he had been ranked #9 etc. Is this only domestic level? Champ or domestic level, only 2 criterias.
Usyk could've beaten Ali, yes. He's fighting much bigger men than Ali ever did. The cruisers he fought were the size of Ali's biggest opposition.
Cleveland Williams was coming off of being shot in the stomach and losing half of his colon so I really doubt that is a good yardstick of how good Ali was. He was fighting a broken man that night.
I never said whether he was bad or good just putting someone straight on the heaviest Ali opponent. But as it happens he only ever lost 4 times as a pro to Ali, Frazier, quarry and Lyle, top level boxers and had a very good amateur career he was quite good.
The problem with you Ali cheerleaders is that you don't understand how small he is by today's HW standards. His style wouldn't work now because he wouldn't have any reach or stature advantages at HW and his power was rubbish even back then. If you want to claim he would be bigger in this era, it's true, however then he wouldn't fight like that because he'd have a different body, so you can't judge him by his smaller and quicker frame anymore. All we have is what we see and he's too small to fight like that and be successful today. He'd actually be beaten by many bigger/stronger cruisers now. Ali is not going to have physical advantages of Usyk and his punches won't trouble a guy that takes shots from far bigger punchers. Usyk is more skilled. Therefore, Usyk wins. The Chisora fight has nothing to do with an Ali matchup because Chisora is nothing like Ali. It's actually doubtful Ali would beat Chisora considering Chisora is a more powerful Frazier clone and Ali struggled mightily with that pumped up LHW.
I don't even think Usyk is that great, and that thread I made is because I liked him bringing a hurl and sliotar to the presser. Get over yourself you salty bishass mofo.
