Or, they may wake up, and instead of following the sainted one, support the likes of Estrada, Cuadras, Gonzalez, Mungia, Ramirez, Zepeda etc

 

I said from the outset that DAZN’s business model made no sense and the numbers never added up. People can blame the pandemic but this was always inevitable. The contract they gave Canelo was just ridiculous.

 

PBC or Top rank would be my guess but i imagine he wants to be back on PPV.

 

Let's be honest Canelo has such a name and huge fan base he could create his own platforms for his own fights or do it on YouTube ppv. The fact GBP never had him on a contract that matched the one they had with DAZN was a problem that was always likely to cause a breakdown.

 

So Golden Boy and DAZN have parted ways with Canelo. Errrr to be honest, I'm really not surprised,

Can't see him working with Hearn/Matchroom as they are with DAZN, that causes all sort of issues.

PBC would career suicide and I imagine on much less money than he was receiving through Golden boys DAZN deal. Plus PBC fighers do tend to be very inactive.

 

I was rooting for him up until he said he was Christian.

 

Canelo can do whatever he wants tbh there will be no shortage of options to televise his fights and he will still make a fortune regardless.
