Their have been threads on opinions, whether unpopular, what you would change and what annoys you.

Going with the last one I find calling a division super instead of junior completely annoying. I get the Supermiddle is better than junior light heavy so no real problems there and cruiser sounds better then junior heavy. It’s as it goes down from light middle or junior middle division being called Super welterweight and from there down.

Does this irk anyone else or not really bothered?

I light light better than super except for the obvious special cases you mentioned above. The word ‘light’ signifies the division as what it is supposed to be, which is a division that allows a fighter to build themselves up before stepping to the next weight class, which is the corresponding glamour division.

I think the two supers that makes the most sense in obviously super middleweight and super bantamweight because the alternative would have been light light-heavyweight and light lightweight..

It should be the best option, as long the Metrics and Stoneys get along

Nah man super sounds much better then junior for a weight class

I never use the word junior for any of the weight classes anyway I use the word light ie light welterweight

Someone also decided Strawweight is offensive, so they changed it to Mini-Flyweight. If we must go all SJW the new names should be popular predators: Grizzlyweight, Tigerweight, Pumaweight, Jaguarweight, Wolfweight, Servalweight, Foxweight, Lynxweight, Badgerweight, Falconweight, Mantisweight

    Numbers only much more convinient

to be honest bro I don’t pay much attention to anything below heavyweight and apart from loma vs Lopez the other week I don’t usually watch fighters below welterweight so strawweight is an absolute joke as far as I’m concerned

like your idea for the names of weights though looking forward to Dragonweight becoming a thing
