Pitters, Brown and Azeez aren't good enough, Buatsi and Arthur have a chance but I'd say it's unlikely.
I'd be surprised if Buatsi didn't get a version of a World Title. There's still a good deal of improvement to come from Shakan Pitters too. Until recently he was still working at the Jaguar plant in Castle Bromwich.
If you are favoured by Matchroom, they will spend the money and pull the strings to get you in position for a vacant strap. Buatsi is one of those guys. I think they would like to do the same for Ritson, but he's been found out already.
