Witherspoon by late TKO. The fighters match up really well. And we are talking prime vs prime. Witherspoon has the better chin and maybe just a little more pop in his right hand. Tim would eventually land his big overhand right and Norton would shyte the bed, right then and there.

Norton by SD. Even though Tim could kayo Ken, can't see Witherspoon really posing a full threat to Norton. Ken outworks him enough to capture the verdict.

This. Tim has the power, but not in that overarching, apocalyptic, seemingly unavoidable-avalanche way that Foreman had. He'd land some rights that would shake up Norton good, but Ken in his prime was just too good to let that stop him. Might be a bit of a boring fight.

You can't even call the Bruno fight prime Witherspoon....Tim was a fat slob in that fight.

Norton would outwork Witherspoon in a very good fight.

This would be a fantastic two-sided war between two very similar fighters. It depends on what shape Spoon shows up in though. As much as I love Norton, I favor Spoon by a hair just because he was more aggressive than Norton, and tougher, though probably no stronger. Either man wins by an SD. Personally, I would pick Spoon.

I think it would be a good competitive bout and go 15 I lean towards Norton winning the decision as mentioned above his work rate and conditioning would allow him to out fight Witherspoon in many of the rounds.
