    Hard to say. The Brook from 4+ years ago was pretty damn good. I just don’t think that guy still exists.

    i get the thoughts on the Zerafe fight but he was basically in no mans land there. Weighed in at 150 (because the fight against Khan was getting floated) against a big 154 lb who knocked out Horn at 160 in the next year. Brook still won comfortably as well and he’d only had 2 rounds before that fight in 18 months. Happy to disregard for all sorts of reasons.

    I agree Brook was/is pretty damn good, but he isn’t without flaws in his game. Crawford is the complete package, top level elite fighter.

    A prime Brook would be a good match for Crawford although I would favour Crawford to win. Today, I think Brook will be competitive but ultimately not good enough to beat a prime Crawford.

    Has Crawford met anyone ranked since Horn? For me, his competition since then seems quite underwhelming.

    Some of us did. Others seemed to think that the Kell Brook of 6 years ago was going to somehow reappear drop back down to a weight he'd long outgrown and rewrite the record books.
