This probably isn’t about money because that would’ve been sorted early. I think it’s more likely that a potential legal issue with the Wilder 3 fight has caused this.

If its Fury or its Arum or both either way its dissapointing to see a potential unification bout being delayed after they were so vocal about for 2 fights with AJ in 2021.

Be nice if Warren and Arum could be one the same page some time.

    Do they bother to communicate?

It's ridiculous how they both say different things. Pretty hilarious actually.

    Haha This is classic Fury.

Obviously a money issue, which Fury gives to charity anyway of course, but according to fanboys it’s to do with wilder with zero proof of there being a legal issue which has also been denied. Arum says it’s AJ or wilder next yet despite Fury saying he’d never fight Wilder again, and Warren says it’s still Kabayel next.

Any more contradictions and lies I’ve missed?

So it looks like Fury is back to making a frigging mug out of Frank again. The last time he did it, was when he and Hennessy fcuked him off to make the Klitschko fight with Sky on their own, whilst Frank thought he was going to get to put the fight on Boxnation.

AJ is taking a pay cut for Pulev, Dubois and Joyce took a haircut etc, but Fury who in 2 reigns as Heavyweight Champion and has made zero title defences, can’t take a pay cut, to have a relatively straight forward fight against Kabayel..

Frank had his plans set for Dec 5th along time ago and had to change things around to try to accommodate Fury in a PPV at late notice, because he started crying about wanting to fight this year.

Now Frank/BT are made to look like they can’t deliver a Fury fight on UK soil, which is very embarrassing.

Meanwhile I bet Yarde and Arthur who are/were going to headline Dec 5 must be pissed that there fight hasn’t been announced yet and getting the attention It deserves because of this mess that Tyson has caused.

Also matchroom and Sky moved BJS v Murray to dec 4th after Queensbury asked if they could to avoid a clash.

Frank’s own words are that they can’t get it to work without fans. Other than money what are fans bringing? It’s clearly about the funds.

Also, what happened to Fury saying he doesn't fight for the money? Wasn't he supposed to have donated his entire fight purse from the first Wilder fight?

So basically it’s a similar situation to Canelo, wanting to be overpaid for fighting an unworthy opponent.

You’re obviously not stupid so surely you realise that the boxers themselves have very little sway in *when* they fight.

RE: a Joshua fight - both sides would ideally want it to be somewhere where they can make the most money possible. That would be the UK or the US. Failing that, given the covid situation, it’ll have to be the Middle East if they can allow crowds. The fight isn’t possible without a huge gate. All this uncertainty delays things.

None of these guys are ‘scared’ of eachother. It’s top level sport. Fighters being ‘scared’ is just an immature and naive opinion that titilates certain posters.

I mean in terms of fighters purses, they obviously agreed on those. This looks like the promotion deciding it’s not workable without crowds. Perhaps Warren was initially anticipating a few thousand being able to attend pre-Lockdown 2.
