    That was a scary punch. Full leverage punch that landed perfectly on an already KO'd opponent. That could have killed Ruiz.

    The 20-30 he landed on Shane Cameron were pretty brutal. Knocked him out about 15 times in 30 seconds.

    Cameron was the one guy he hated because he kept pushing Tua for a fight when he was having some personal tragedy in his family. He told Cameron on TV "this is going to be your last fight."

    And yet somehow it would be Ruiz who would go on to actually go further as a heavyweight, all the while alienating and angering boxing fans with one of the ugliest “styles” in boxing history. Go figure.
    As a side note, note only did he suffer that devastating loss to Tua, but he also made history by being the only heavyweight “champion” to be thoroughly dominated by two former middleweights :eek:
