Wilder vs Joshua? Wilder vs Povetkin? (Difficult to decide this one, but will go with Wilder due Povetkin age) Wilder vs Whyte? Wilder vs Ruiz JR? (Mainly because Ruiz JR will probably be less motivated to win) Wilder vs Parker? Wilder vs Hunter? (Hunters style is all wrong for Wilder for me. Too quick and direct) Wilder vs Usyk? (Too stand offish, and wont KO wilder, will probably get KO'd) Wilder vs Pulev? My choices are in bold.
Usyk beats Wilder wide whenever and wherever they fight (unless Alabama, in which case Wilder by UD). Very easy fight to predict. Ruiz should beat Wilder but he might throw it away on the scales. Parker vs Wilder is hard to predict. Need to see how Parker fares with Fa before saying any more.
We need to see Wilder back in the ring as that beating seems to have done something to him. If he still fights like he normally does then he knocks out most of the top 10 imo.
40 fights in wilder should already have theses names on his resume joshua as whyte as sasha as do you recognize the pattern none of the above are giving wilder a payday with the antics and arrogance hes displayed in the past its over for wilder
VS Aj - Complete mismatch in class, AJ makes quick work of Wilder KOinf him 1st round. Vs Usyk - Usyk out boxes him comfortably before breaking him down and stoppoing him between rounds 5-7. Vs Hunter - Hunter is a well rounded fighter, quick, good foot movement, good at judging the distance, timing his punches, tough and fights with an aggressive pressure. Hunter to KO Wilder within 3 rounds. Vs povetkin - Be a case of who lands the big shot first and considering Povetkin has better defence, variet of punches and technique I would Povetkin to be the first to land a heavy shot. Povetkin KO in the first few rounds. Whyte - Similar situation to Povetkin but Whyte also has a good jab and goes to body more effectively. KO Whyte early rounds. Vs Parker - Parker with Ruiz has the best chin the divison and doesnt have a glass jaw like the vast majority of Wilders opponents. Wilder to struggled with Parkers hand spped, Parker to win every round before stopping Wilder late. Vs Ruiz - Ruiz chin, hand speed, come forward pressure putting Wilder on the back foot renedering him useless. Ruiz to win KO early to mid rounds. Vs Pulev - Pulev arubably has the best jab in the divison and if Washington jab caused Wilder issues then Pulev jab certianly will. Pulev predictable foot movment and lack of head work makes an easier target for Wilder to land though. I am going Pulev to out wilder and jab his head for 7 to 8 rounds untill Wilder lands a telegraphed overhand right KOing Pulev.
They are definitely good, so I disagree with what the guy said, but they are certainly not great. If Alexander Povetkin was all many cracked him up to be he would have held a legitimate world title belt by this stage in his career. At least the other two managed to win a legitimate belt.
IMO he'd go 5-3 Wilder vs Joshua? Loss Wilder vs Povetkin? Win Wilder vs Whyte? Win Wilder vs Ruiz JR? Win Wilder vs Parker? Win Wilder vs Hunter? Loss Wilder vs Usyk? Loss Wilder vs Pulev? Win
Wilder vs Joshua? = Joshua if he boxes long and uses distance, he'd catch Wilder eventually. Joshua wins 7/10 times. Wilder vs Povetkin? = Wilder but don't count Povetkin out because Wilder cannot box at all Wilder vs Whyte? = If motivated, Whyte could cause him some trouble but I feel Wilder wins it 6/10 times Wilder vs Ruiz JR? = Definitely Ruiz, if he shows up in good shape. Too fast for Wilder Wilder vs Parker? = It'd probably go to decision so the winner would depend on where they fought at. Wilder again 6/10 times. Wilder vs Hunter? = It'd probably go to decision too, so again it'd depend on where they fought at. 50/50 Fight Wilder vs Usyk? = Another decision I'd say, again it'd depend on where they fought at. 50/50 fight maybe lean towards Usyk slightly. Wilder vs Pulev? = Pulev is too old and small, Wilder KO's 8/10 times.
I'm assuming pre suit Wilder, so normal delusional (but helpful) confidence level, believes he's unbeatable. Because we don't know what Wilder will be like from now on. Wilder KO's a hesitant Joshua who underestimates Wilder's speed and reach. Wilder Povetkin is a toss up for me. Either Povetkin slips inside and takes Wilder out or Povetkin doesn't slip in time and is nailed. Wilder probably KO's Whyte, but Whyte might just counter hook him like Ortiz did. Wilder destroys the fat piggy man Ruiz, who doesn't have enough reach or power to take out Wilder before he is taken out. It could even look like Wilder Stiverne I. Wilder probably nails Parker, but I give Parker a shot at keeping away and then launching some combos that connect and change the fight. Wilder KO's Hunter. If old Povetkin can catch him, I believe Wilder will. Usyk probably outboxes maybe TKO's Wilder, he was confident of this match-up. But I give Wilder a good shot to land his bomb since Usyk does seem to take quite a few for such a mover. Wilder Pulev, very entertaining. I guess Wilder beats him at this stage, but Pulev is tricky and might just surprise people.
