Anyone think Toney is lesser then Canelo in anyway?

    Canelo has fast hands, he doesn't have fast feet, he prefers opponents to go to him

    Yeah, but I'd still say Toney had better footwork than Canelo at 160lbs. His feet got worse as he moved up in weight.

    I can absolutely guarantee Mayweather Jr. wouldn't have gotten in a
    boxing ring with James Toney......

    I view it more as Canelo having the dedication to find ways to edge these guys; Jacobs shouldn’t be left out either. Toney turned in spottier results.

    I think Canelo isn't as stubborn, and in more recent times, better on the front foot.

    They both have fast hands, it could be the same, I don't see a significant hand speed advantage either way
