He decides when he wants to fight and opponents can accept the fight on short notice or they can refuse the fight. 2 fighters refused to compromise their preparation. Smith took the fight. You do not know that Clenelo hasn't been training very hard before dangling a lifetime pay day that he knew someone would accept.
