    This is quite boring because Formella seems to be totally feather fisted. I'd fancy my chances taking a couple of free punches off the bloke.

    Benn is looking good for sure BUT Formella is really poor. First time I've seen him though so not sure if he's always so slow and cumbersome or it's Benn making him look that way

    Conor throwing his jab from his hip is working so well here, Formella can’t read them at all. There was one really lightening, sharp uppercut in there too.

    Benn is putting his punches together so well but he is shipping a few punches when he has his hands down and tries to avoid punches with head movement. Shades of Scotty Cardle.

    He’s far too soft for this weight class. Looked soft on the scales and it’s no surprise that his punches have little effect on Benn.

    Best version of Benn I’ve seen which is sickening to say when next week’s shopping budget went on Formella pre fight .

    I’ve been following Benn on IG since the pandemic started and posted here previously at the noticeable improvements in his training clips. You have to hand it to him and Sims.

    This and Koivula will be two very solid wins that more than makeup for the Peynaud fights.
