Benn definitely improved & might just do better than we think,atm I'd pick Porter but not by so much.

Benn is on the way for a rude awakening.

 

Imho he does right, at the wrong time. For instance, he tried to finish in the 6th or 7th round with one single monster punch. That's stupid, it was not the moment, formella was still not ready to be finished.

In round 9 formella was completely ready to be finished, and benn hesitated, didnt know how to, or started doing whatever.

This feels weird to the one watching the fight, at least it felt weird to me. Like... this guy does not know what he is doing. He's good. But he does not know what he's doing and why.

EDIT: he is young, he can improve. Dont misunderstan me, please. I'm not saying something bad.

And it was a mismatch, a top notch fighter, in a mismatch like this one, does not go 10 rounds. That's another point playing against him. He's young, I repeat.

I’d stick Benn in with Michael Mckinson next.

I don’t think he beats kelly or avanysan but can definitely win the British title.

formella needs to cut off that flappy hair at the back which just emphasises him getting hit every time

Porter can crack and that is a fact. If Porter can't get rid of Formella, it's no surprise that Benn couldn't. I like Benn. He's no world beater but, he's 24 and got plenty of room for improvement and time to get there. I think he beats Jenkins for the British and Kelly is a competitive fight.

 

Either Benn has zero power or Formella has p4p one of the best chins......or a bit of both. Either way, a much improved performance from Benn, but it doesn't tell us much more about how good Benn is.

 

Benn trying too hard to be a tough guy, just making himself look like a tit. Can't wait until he gets flattened.

 

Benn is angry little man. He's a decent fighter needs to calm down. He's getting a dismissive slap when he fights anyone good.

 

Danny swift Garcia would be the WORST match up for Benn. He'd get countered beautifully all night IMO

 

Formella has a good chin
he does not grab the moment because he has a bad ring iq and does not know when to step in for the kill
however he is well trained and made big improvements in the last year, curious to know where his ceiling is
as a man he is immature and insecure with his fake tough act
probably something that will change when he will be in his thirties, just a late bloomer
