This is easy work for Gorman. He’ll use footwork and jab to offset Babic and even when he did get on the inside, Gorman would just clinch and lean his significant weight on Babic. He’ll take him to deep waters and drown him.
One of the best fights that can be made on British soil this,we are spoiled at the minute, hope it gets made ASAP.
The loss to DDD might be the best thing to happen to Nathan, in the long run. It was a severe reality check that if he really wants to come back and give it a real go this time will serve him well, im sure of that. Nathan needs to find himself a solid trainer who knows how to train heavyweights correctly. He's got some real good boxing skills for a man of his size and I'm sure that if he takes the right path a euro belt is the minimum he can achieve. Nathan would beat babic comfortably.
I hope Nathan's on an upward path now. I was a little shocked when I saw him against Lartey, he's clearly been in a bad place. A shame because he's a likeable guy when I've seen him interviewed. The nonsense from his manager about the extra weight helping his punch power took the ****.
Any version of Gorman weathers the early storm and then feather dusts Babic for the majority of the fight, landing a few heavier shots along the way to curb his enthusiasm on the way to a UD.
Even the current completely out of shape and unmotivated version of Gorman ends up stopping Babic. There is big gap in class between these two
Gorman looked bad in his last fight Needs a big improvement to win Babic is dangerous and extremely keen If Gorman finds his range early, its a simple fight but he never found any decent kind of range against Lartey Makes me wonder if he actually wants to box any more
Everyone seems to write off and dismiss Babic but he keeps winning and dominating his opponents in exciting fashion. Gorman isn't dedicated and Babic is the more natural fighter . Based on Gormans last terrible performance wouldn't surprise me if Babic pummels him to a stoppage in 5 rounds.
