All same weigh-in limits. Same: dates, venues, judges, referees. Kindly predict for every number below. Same ODLH. Érik Morales 1 Óscar Larios David Díaz Oscar De La Hoya Ricky Hatton Miguel Cotto Joshua Clottey Antonio Margarito Shane Mosley Brandon Ríos Chris Algieri Jessie Vargas Jeff Horn Lucas Matthysse Adrien Broner Keith Thurman Just assume he would still be as healthy as last time he fought for later listed opponents. Previously, there's MP vs select JMM gauntlet.
Érik Morales 1... Can't call.. Close either way Óscar Larios-Marquez ko David Diaz-marquez ko Oscar De La Hoya-de la hoya points Ricky Hatton-marquez ko Miguel Cotto- cotto points Joshua Clottey-marquez points Antonio Margarito- probably margarito points /stoppage Shane Mosley- mosley points/stoppage Brandon Ríos-marquez ko Chris Algieri-marquez points Jessie Vargas marquez points Jeff Horn-marquez ko Lucas Matthysse-marquez points Adrien Broner-marquez points Keith Thurman-thurman points These are snap decisions off top of my head.. I may change some of these results after more thought... Most of the fights marquez would lose here are more to being massively undersized.. Manny was more suited to carrying his frame and physical gifts higher up the scales... Marquez was noticeably slower at welter.. And old by then Horn fight and margarito.. He would just be too small.. However with his sharp counter punching I can see him beating horn by ko.. But not margarito.... If they were all same size.. I'd pick him over most of them... Good gauntlet

Is this version of Marquez the same juiced one that planted Pacmen like a tomato plant? If so he'd win quite a few
If indeed he used them, then only the years he did use them which would match the gauntlet's own years, and the next fights he could possibly use them again. Therefore no retcons, especially since he did not have Memo Heredia before. JMM is so far the obvious rival closest to Pac's size, perhaps someone who could replicate his feats.
Perhaps JMM could outwork him then, or Clottey's shell is too difficult to crack. I see the Ghanaian shotgun jabs scoring points with a red JMM face, or JMM's counters landing on the tight guard with a clean Clottey face, both for a split decision. I slightly lean to a Clottey win if JMM would not be able to score at least one KD just like Cotto did which he probably would not be able to do, since Cotto is a strong man himself after all.
And I always find it amazing the fight where marquez was juiced up to the gills, superpowered superhuman was the fight he looked the absolute worst in... Keep trying boys lol
He retired well before some of these, I have to imagine he retired for a reason. I love how they did that rivalry over 10 years.
