If Whyte goes in and tries to bomb wilder out from the start I think he has a decent chance of knocking him out, not saying he would but Wilder looks really vulnerable under pressure. If it’s a cagey affair I reckon he gets caught at some point and knocked out in the process. would be a fun fight to watch while it lasted.
Whyte would probably win some early rounds pushing Wilder around the ring until Wilder eventually times him with a right hand and sparks him out cold anytime after round 4
I'm supposed to believe getting a gift vs Parker, a suspect drug test after Rivas and going life and death with Chisora proves what exactly about Dillian Whyte? Those guys got their rankings by default because they are competing in a poor division. 10 years from now they will be remembered as gate keepers during a weak era. Beating them proves nothing
My opinion has changed over the past 12-18 months. Wilder via Murder. Whytes chin isn't good enough and he doesn't punch hard enough to beat Wilder.
Wilder KO1 Whyte's lack of movement will undoubtedly get him KO'd. Wilder will stay at range waiting for him to close the distance and should easily land a right.
Its a pretty good fight Whytes jab is very underrated he's a dangerous matchup for Wilder Whyte needs to get Wilder to miss with the Right Hand and then get him with the Left hook that's how Ortiz stunned him in the first fight but it was a right hook instead cause Ortiz is a southpaw. If Whyte misjudged gets clipped he's in a lot of trouble though. I say Wilder should be the favorite but I think Whye could get the job done I don't see this one going to decision I say mid-late stoppage is likely id love to see this fight I hope it happens
Lol if you think you can see "levels" between guys like Chisora and guys like Luis Ortiz. Historically speaking they are nothing more than journeyman from a weak era. No one's going to remember how hyped up Parker and Rivas once were Wilder will be remembered for a weak title reign. Dillian Whyte will be remembered as the drug cheat who was knocked out cold by a 41 year old career contender
Right now it's anyone's guess. Wilder is a mess, mentally, and has likely had his confidence permanently shaken. That makes him vulnerable to potentially the whole of the top twenty in the division. Whyte suffered a brutal KO, but he's the type of fighter who just shrugs and gets back in the saddle, so I doubt it's taken much out of him. Stylistically I'd favour Wilder in that I see him landing his key punch before Whyte can land his, but I expect Whyte has his moments with his jab and overall better quality of boxing. But unlike someone like Usyk or Charr I can't see his boxing being enough to keep Wilder off him. Sooner or later Wilder gets through with a big right and flatlines him. That's pre-knockout Wilder though. Like I said above, it's not anyone's guess.
Wilder is more washed mentally, but Whyte has been sparked out twice, It doesn't seem to have affected him mentally, but his chin may not be the same and Wilder would want to KO Whyte because he has always talked **** about him even after the Povetkin loss
No it's not Ortiz is chisora level... White has at least beaten a former champion and has fought several top ten.
Fury isn't exactly known as a puncher. Not to mention the several times he was rocked or decked by some of the schlubs he fought before that.
Uh, no. What sort of revisionist history makes Fury a puncher? That he exposed Wilder's inability to take a punch?
