He beats Frazier easily.

I’m not so sure about Foreman. He had a style that could frustrate Tyson. The pushing and shoving could keep Tyson off balance.

 

I have such a hard time putting fighters into different timelines. Too many intangibles.

That said... Tyson turns pro in 1970, has the publicity campaign he had in 1985 and 1986... Does he somehow get a shot at Joe Frazier at the end of 1971? Joe didn't take too many risks for a few years there. Even Foreman wasn't seen as a risk. Let's say he does. He kayos that version of Frazier in two, a la Foreman's stoppage of Frazier and Tyson's stoppage of Berbick. In 1972 and early 1973 he has a very busy schedule, beating everyone. Does that include Ali (1988 Holmes comparison)? Or does Ali pull a Buster Douglas and outbox Tyson before stopping him? Or does Foreman come along and steamroll Tyson? Perhaps Tyson stays on and wins a couple of wars with Jerry Quarry in 1974. Then he goes away for a few years and comes back in 1978-79 to be part of that vacant title Norton-Holmes-Spinks-Tate-Coetzee vacant title mix. Does he beat some of those guys before losing to a prime Holmes, biting a chunk of his ear off in the rematch?

Tyson has to get inside, and Big George won’t let him. Foreman uses the 2-handed shove to push Tyson around, and keep him from getting inside. Tyson is much harder to hit cleanly, so this fight could last a while.

 

It's funny how his best win is Tony Tucker or Trevor Berbick, and he lost to Buster Douglas ...... but people see him beating Ali, Foreman and Frazier.

 

What is Holmes or VK's best win? And yet, people have argued that Holmes and Vitali beats those 3 names.

 

Yeah, those are dumb arguments.
Vitali beat worse opposition than Tyson did, and lost to Byrd and an old Lewis ..... he isn't beating Ali, Foreman, Frazier.
Holmes beat some decent opposition and wasn't losing like Tyson did to Douglas .... but still it's a big leap of faith to have him going 3-0 against Ali, Foreman, Frazier.
