DAZN is so cringeworthy

Im getting used to it.

 

It's an embarrassment. Chris Mannix shouldn't be allowed to form an opinion about boxing, let alone announce it.

 

It's so awful. I'm not complaining because it's *something*, but we're a long way from the HBO production quality.

 

I feel like they censored Sergio Mora from actually stating how he really feel.. You can tell the house wanted a Jacobs win and Sergio was calling out every time Rosado landed something of note while Manniz flat out ignored it..

 

I really don't think it's that bad. I mean PBC is not better.

 

Commenting teams in general have become progressively worse since the demise of HBO and the big event PPV, imo. Dazn may be the worst.

 

Think they had to pick up whoever was available when they launched. Would like to see them bring in Malinaggi and someone like Mauro Ranallo.

DAZN´s commentary is lackluster, but at least they are not jock sniffers like HBO(later years) and SHO(these days).
If Jacobs-Rosado had been on SHO, they would have had Jacobs dominating Rosado.

 

I forgot about ESPN. I could get ESPN boxing for cheap, but the commentary always gives me headaches.

I loved Ward as a boxer, but PLEASE! get him another job.

 

Agree 100% they are both ****ing terrible. Bradley comes across as a total fool where as Ward is a total network yes man, Ward is total fake news. I ****ing hated watching him fight too.

 

I don't mind Grisham, he tends to be straight down the line. He was rounds ahead of the other two arse lickers in terms of mentioning how poor Jacobs was today. Mora is a complete moron and Grisham barely suffers the fool. If you can't be condescending to a moron then who can you be condescending to? Mora, sure he's an ex-fighter ( so is Ray Leonard) but **** it's hard listening to those guys call a fight. Mora speaks **** constantly, flip flops on his opinions regularly. He's terrible.

 

I think Ward by himself would work. He doesn´t seem as biased and he is really professional and methodical, which is nice.Plus he knows a LOT about boxing.
I just don´t think actual commentating is for him. I think he is highly influenced by his peers and he goes with the flow.
Too bad his influence is TIM ****ING BRADLEY!

That bald **** seems completely disconnected from the in ring action. And he is so ****ing unprofessional. His little girl giggling pisses me off so much. He admitted Fury-Schwartz was a mismatch and was laughing because of it. Wtf?
I like honesty, but at least give the viewers an actual insight into the fight. Do your ****ing job!
And then there is that third POS. Can´t remember his name. That schmuck that tries way too hard.
